I had reserved a unit online late the night before, yet when I arrived the next morning, Nicole greeted me by name, had my welcome packet ready, and showed me straight to the unit. The paperwork was quick, and she even had a snack and water ready for my 3 year old :-) Great experience, and I’ve had no trouble getting into the unit - super easy and convenient.”

“I have had very positive experiences coordinating with staff, especially Scott at you office to help coordinate a two stage pickup and transfer of my belongings from a larger to a smaller unit.
However, I am very concerned about one thing. Your office recommended I hire Antonio to move my things. Last week, he broke in half a granite table top that belongs to a rare piece of furniture that I was donating to a museum. He says he has insurance. However, I would appreciate it if you could help me make sure that Antonio follows thru to obtain insurance to replace the top.”
