The Max Challenge of Pine Brook is hands down the best “no judgement” gym!!It’s incredible how much of a difference they have made in my life in just 1 short month! I not only am down weight, I feel more confident and my mind seems clearer. The fog of life has lifted!

I highly recommend joining the Max Challenge of Pine Brook! The trainers are amazing, super friendly, and very motivating! Joining the max I was able to create a consistent workout routine and stay on track with eating healthy. The workouts are different everyday which is something I really enjoy.

I started working out at The Max Challenge gym in December 2022 and it was the best decision I ever made!! Between the trainers and the atmosphere of group fitness, I’ve never been more comfortable to show up every day! After college I was inconsistent with my work outs and meals plan, which caused a lot of frustration. But since going to the max, I have been able to maintain four and even 5 work outs per week! In addition, I even have a weekly meal plan to help support my nutrition.My goal for 2023 was to get back in the gym and be consistent. Now I’m still working on the food, but I can confidently say that I have been achieving my fitness goals with the help of my max family! ❤️

Love the Max of Pinebrook. The instructors are so motivational and make the classes fun but challenging. Great place for beginners as well as experienced. Everyone goes at their own speed.

I’ve tried a few gyms and nothing worked. MAX Challenge is the only place that helped me lose weight and tone up! The app to track workouts and food intake is so helpful too. Highly recommended!!!!

Joining The Max was one of the best decisions I made. There is something special about the simplicity and the energy of The Max. The trainers and the method are extremely motivating; from the class schedule, music, check mark tracking, weekly 5 for 5 pics and lastly the 10 week challenges. The gym helps you stay on track and pushes you to your Max :) It’s a great and positive environment.

An amazing place to train with great trainers as well. I love starting my day with a session at Max, the style of workouts, the positive energy and the personal encouragement from the staff is a great motivation to keep my fitness on track.Hands down the best gym I have been to.

Great center and energy! The trainer/owner Ingrid is very motivating and keeps it interesting! All the other trainers are also superb! Great members that make it feel like a place to keep coming back to. No two classes have the same workouts.If you're looking for a new challenging exercise routine that also emphasizes on the right nutrition, give it a try!

The Max of Pine Brook is an amazing place. You will never find a better place to workout. I look forward to getting there, seeing my max mates and getting the best workout in everyday! Oded and Ingrid, the owners, are two of the most amazing people I know and are truly invested in making The Max an incredible place to be a part of. They go above and beyond in everything they do. Joining the Max Challenge of Pine Brook in March 2022 was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Ingrid, Karen and all the instructors make each class unique and so much fun. I’ve made so many new friends, reconnected with old ones, lost 20(ish) pounds and feel great!!Give it a try….you’ll be happy you did! ?

I truly believe in The Max Challenge because it’s what worked for me. As a legacy member, I appreciate the continuous energy, positivity, and motivation from the trainers at The Max of Pine Brook. The facility is clean, new, and a great vibe. All members are friendly and welcoming. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking to start a fun, healthy lifestyle alongside a group of hard working individuals with similar goals.

I absolutely love the workout experience. It's like working out and partying with friends at the same time. When I first joined I could barely move. Now I am doing things physically I have not done in years. What I also like is it's at my own pace. Lastly, the staff is friendly, patient and caring. The Max Challenge of Pine Brook is the best decision I ever made for myself. It is so much more than a gym. It feels like a family. The workouts are never the same. They are motivating and led by a trainer. They have a wonderful nutrition program. Someone is always there to help you with an exercise, meal plan or motivation. I never feel judged but always feel encouraged, inspired, stimulated and like I belong. I truly found the best place to work out. The owners, Ingrid and Oded Segev are always there and very emotional about health and fitness.I love the Max Challenge of Pine Brook.
