The afternoon prior to rental Jeff kindly called me to see if not having one would be an issue, in the event the Tesla was not returned as expected. He offered a Hybrid or other premium vehicle. He seemed willing to do whatever was necessary to obtain a Tesla if it was an issue for me. I told him a Hybrid would be fine. To my delight, the Tesla was returned just in time. “I had a great experience with Penske all together. This location (as well as the one I used in Roswell, NM) were incredible to our very difficult cross country move. I spoke with Mike at this location, and he was just incredible. We had forgotten to return our moving blankets (that we didn’t end up using bc they were yucky from another location) and I called and asked if they still wanted them returned. Mike was so kind to ensure I not worry with returning them and he credited us back $200! Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company. Great people!”
