“I made the nearly 3 hour drive from Connecticut to New Jersey to look at a 2020 f350 flat bed dump body at Vitale Motors. The staff are friendly and helpful without being pushy. Their selection of work trucks is impressive. I did purchase the truck so the 2 trips totaling about 12 hours were time well spent.
Cyndi and Lou were great”
“These guys at hk in Parsippany are amazing. Will and Ray always get my truck back to me in a day or two when my truck is in for service. When I need a rental for any reason Alexandrea is always prompt and on top of her game cliff the sales rep is amazing my owner just bought a new hino 20ft box truck and cliff made the buying process so smooth. They are a reputable dealership and wouldn’t do business with anyone else hk is the place to go if you want your fleet trucks worked on not only does the service dept do a great job but they also look over the entire truck when it comes in for anything else.”
“I have been renting cars from Avis, Morristown, for many years. My experience has always been stellar. Cars are maintained in great condition. Jeff and Chris have always provided exceptional customer service. James has recently joined the team-I have had a positive experience with him as well.
Trust and reliability are the words I would use to describe the customer service I have received.
I would highly recommend Avis Car rental, Morristown.”
“Both owners accommodated me in scheduling and installing my hitch in an efficient and pleasant manner. I've been to quite a few U-Haul facilities in my life, and this one was by far the most complete and well-managed. I will always come back to them when I need U-Haul's services or products in the future.”
“Joe P made my experience with Ryder amazing. He was very helpful and attentive when answering any questions I had. I will no doubt be coming back to this Ryder location because of him.”
“Excellent service at this location. Dawn is a professional. She handles transactions swiftly. I was in and out in lightning speed! Lovely diamond art to look at as well:-)
Very friendly! The manager, very pleasant. I definitely would recommend the Parsippany branch!”

“Saraceno Disposal has been picking up garbage and cardboard from my restaurant for 2 years ! The drivers have not always been great . The new Indian driver they hired is great he is always on time and never breaks the wheels off the dumpsters like the old driver did .”
“I had a great experience with Penske! I rented a 26-foot flatbed truck, and to my surprise, it was absolutely brand new — only 150 miles on it. The truck was clean, modern, and in perfect condition. Penske is a very reliable rental truck company with a high standard of service. Highly recommend!”
“Danielle at the Butler location is amazing! After having issues with the Parsippany location Danielle went out of her way to have a truck ready and waiting for me when I got there! Go see Danielle at York Trailer! She will take good care of you!”

“I mistakenly booked my reservation for the wrong date and Jen saved the day, as I was stranded out of state. She helped me book another reservation for the right date and walked me through the process. Thank you, Jen!”
“My rental truck was ready and waiting when I arrived 15 minutes ahead of my appointment. Truck was extremely clean and the customer service was top notch. The woman working (my apologies for not getting her name) was super friendly and helpful. Will always choose this location if I’m in need of a U-Haul!”
“Rosealee is just the best, she is professional, knowledgeable and just so nice, making the rental process so easy and affordable. The company is so lucky to have her. I tell anyone looking to rent a car or truck that this is the place to go, and ask for Rose!!!”
“I recently caught some road debris on my back, right tire. After 11 hours on the side of the road and many calls later for assistance, Eagle Auto Truck service, Whippany, NJ, were the only one who answered the call and completed the pick up/drop off service.
They were fast, efficient, and professional! The other non-pos review….at least this team knew the direction I was headed on I-84W. I digress.
Thank you again Eagle Auto Truck service in Whippany, NJ!! Without your constant communication and understanding of my situation, I am eternally, grateful!!”
“Rented the Ford cargo van. Ellen was extremely helpful. It took about fifteen minutes to do the whole process and we were on the road. Returned the van later that day and the total was actually a few dollars less than we thought it would be.”
“THIS U-HAUL LOCATION AT THE FAIRFIELD SELF STORAGE FACILITY IS NOTHING BUT AMAZING. THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE ASSISTED ME WITH SETTING UP A SELF-CHECK OUT AND SELF-RETURN RENTAL TO MINIMIZE THE RISK OF EXPOSURE DURING THE CURRENT OUTBREAK. THEY WERE CLEAR, PROFESSIONAL AND UNDERSTANDING TO MY WORRIES. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO EVERYONE IT IS CLEAN, SAFE AND EFFICIENT.”
“They had cars available when no one else did between Christmas and New Years. Service was prompt and friendly. The building is not well marked and I overshot it the first time. Access Was tricky until I listened to my Google Navigator.”
“I can't say enough great things about this rental location. They always have a great selection of vehicles. Those vehicles are always clean and new. The employees always go above and beyond to help you.”

“John was awesome when I needed to rent a motorcycle trailer and made sure I was all hooked up before heading out of the lot. Also gave me good pointers on reversing with a trailer. Very good prices and service. Highly recommend!”
