Everyone at the location was super friendly and helpful. Rental was perfect for moving a sectional (with tie downs). Would definitely use again.

I rented a truck for one day and chose this location for the drop-off place. Before I returned to the moving truck, I called the place to make sure.The owner of this place told me how to return it. When I dropped off the truck and the store was closed, I called the owner again, to make sure he was supposed to mark the return on time. I didn't want to pay any extra fee. Unfortunately, when I checked my bank statement I saw an extra day return fee.If I didn't check my bank statement, I paid $52.65 to the swindler owner.This is not an ethical business.It looks like a Thief OWNER.The U-Haul MUST TAKE THIS PLACE AUTHORIZATION LICENSE AWAY.

This parking area is a mess, was told to park in through the gate and leave my car where it was. Then a semi truck driver approached me aggressively and says I’m in the way. Don’t go here it’s not worth the hassle.

A couple members of my family have rented trucks from this locations before. Customer service is superb! It's hard to imagine having someone be so accommodating to make sure my pickup was so smooth. I highly recommend this location. You can feel safe and secure renting a vehicle here.

The owner John was great! We ran into a little bit of an issue when it came to loading my car onto the tow dolly and John sprung right into action and got everything situated ASAP. I was all loaded and ready for my long drive to Florida. Beyond pleased with the services here! Communication was amazing as well.

donno, either i landed at wrong location or what... but i know i was at right location as per GPS.. it was friday, 21 Sep and i was there at 420... first i did not figure it out whether its proper office or some local construction site/junk yard... gate was locked and i could not find anyone... i had promised someone to pick her stuff but could not make it... moved to route 46 U haul, but it was closed..thanks for wasting my time
