Easy loading, checked in got loaded in 1.5 hours.Driver was switching trucks before delivering the load and the paperwork somehow got lost. I called the shipper, a lady named Katie picked up the phone she was extremely pleasant and emailed us the paperwork in no time.One of the few good shippers out in NJ.
