“The staff were very attentive and I didn't feel like they were just trying to sell me a mattress. They cares about the way I slept and finding me the perfect fit. They also were very realistic with how my back would adjust and showed me all options including firmness and price range. Delivery was super easy, came the next day. They wouldn't deliver my mattress unless someone was physically there, so it made it in my apartment safely. There were a ton of mattresses in the store to test out and for ones they didn't have in the store, they had the logistics on how many coils, and other data for other mattresses that weren't available. Big shout out to David for being the sweetest salesman and Mark for being a supportive manager. Also, you're able to return or replace your mattress within 120 days, you only have to spend $200 to do so.”

Upon walking in, I was impressed by the number of mattress models; I feel like all retailer stores have the bare minimum regarding selection nowadays. We were greeted and Felix was able to assist me in my search. Knowledgeable is an understatement. He didn't rush me, I tested out many mattresses and decided to leave the store with purchasing one. “I’m very pleased with my custom sized credenzas and extra tall closets cabinets and different sized bookshelves. Aris in the Broadway showroom was super helpful with the types of storage they could make, the wood veneers, the stains, the types of pulls, etc….. He made excellent recommendations. He was great with estimating time to delivery availability (ahead of schedule). Aris was way ahead of schedule on providing the required COI (my building is quite strict). Gothic’s delivery team, Pablo and German, were on time, professional and super careful. I will definitely go back to Gothic on Broadway for future custom furniture needs.”

“Tony and Alvaro delivered our furniture on 3 different occasions, the last one on 5/1/14. I live on the upper east side in Manhattan ( New York). Both Tony and Alvaro did a superb job. They were cheerful, they set the furniture up with no hassle, they took away old mattresses happily, and I think they deserve a pay raise! Kudos to Room and Board for hiring the best of the best.”
