We used In Thyme for a large corporate event at the Manhattan center last week & every detail was perfect! Their team was responsive and on top of things through the whole planning process as well. Our attendees & staff raved about the food & service!! Couldn't recommend a better catering company!

These guys need to learn how to drive. Flying up the shoulder to cut around cars may be the way Jersey people drive but it sucks and reflects poor upbringing.

In Thyme Catering is absolutely incredible. All guests were raving about the food and were so impressed by the professionalism of the staff. We had passed hors d’oeuvres and small plates and the staff did a great job keeping them coming all night. They accommodated our last minute requests, were so flexible, and excellent at communicating through the entire process. Truly cannot say enough great things and Micheal and his team. I highly, highly recommend!!

I recently had the pleasure of using this phenomenal catering company for my son's Communion at the Art Factory. Their food was not only very good, but also incredibly creative. Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted divine. They took care of every little detail before and during the event, and I couldn't have been happier with their service.Their staff, especially Jimmy and Frank, truly went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They were attentive, accommodating, and ensured all my guests were comfortable and satisfied throughout the entire evening. Any small concern was fixed instantly. My guests praised their attentiveness.I can't recommend In Thyme enough! If you're looking for exceptional food and professional service, look no further.

The feedback from our guests has been incredibly positive and on behalf of Katie, myself and Two River Theater we greatly appreciate all of your hard work in creating a memorable event.Tammie, Richard, and John were excellent captains and were very responsive to my concerns and instructions. Overall, incredibly friendly staff both in the kitchen and FOH.The cocktail hour appetizers were delicious. Personal favorite was the mushroom tart.Dinner went out in a timely manner and looked good. When I tasted my leftover plate that I took home at 2:00 am it was still delicious so there you go. ????Great job and I totally recommend In Thyme Catering for your next event.

Jimmy and his team are nothing short of THE BEST you can find! We had our wedding on 6/3, everything went flawlessly. The food was amazing, we are still getting lots of compliments from our guests.Jimmy has been a pleasure to work with leading up to the wedding. We planned our wedding ourselves, Jimmy supported all of our ideas and remembered every little detail.On the day of, we had a few things that we ran out of time for, Jimmy and his staff finished placing the rest of our decorations and everything was perfect!The food, the staff, the bartenders, everyone was professional, efficient, and attentive. We couldn't have asked for a better team for our wedding!!

I just wanted to take a second to thank you for an epic evening last night. Zac’s party was epic and we are still on a high from the evening - in no small part due to the excellence of your staff. The food was delicious and the servers/bartenders were amazing. Your vision and adaptability in the face of rainy weather was unparalleled and we can’t imagine ever having a future event where you are not an integral part of it.

InThyme not only served delicious food, but their service was over the top perfection. It was amazing to be able to enjoy our party and not have to worry about a thing. We had 150 and not one person was neglected. The food was simply amazing. definitely go for the millionaire bacon and donut ice cream sandwiches. Just genius!

Fantastic! I can't say enough great things about this wonderful caterer. We hosted a 100yr anniversary for our town with just over 200 people. In Thyme made this so simple for us and guided us through the process. Everyone was very impressed with the quality of the food, presentation and especially the attentive staff! People are still emailing us to tell us how delicious everything was. Thank you so much! Our event was a success and a huge amount of credit goes to In Thyme Catering! I highly recommend them for your catering needs big or small!

In Thyme has been the only caterer I have used in 10 years. I use them for all of my work events which range from 10-1400 people and all of my personal events. The entire team is absolutely amazing. Owners, AJ & Melissa, to management, Michael to the incredibly talented & creative culinary team, Chefs Mike & Jason to the entire service team…everyone is fantastic! They listen to your vision and help make it happen. The food is outstanding just beyond delicious, the service is beyond incredible, the quality & client service is second to none! I feel so grateful to have In Thyme in my life and recommend them all of the time!

We used In Thyme Catering for all of our catering needs for our daughter's Bat-Mitzvah. James Gutentag and his team were pure professionals from the get go. Not only did they help coordinate with our party planner but their insight and knowledge in helping incorporate the menus and serving stations were exactly on point for the theme we had envisioned. The execution on party day was seamless and the feedback around the presentation, to food quality and the professionalism and service of the staff has been unprecedented. In Thyme Catering was a 1 stop shop for all of our needs and would recommend them to anyone who would ask or would need a recommendation. A++ all around! We can not thank them enough!
