I bank with this company as a manager for my stores business and everytime I call and have questions or when I’m there in person the staff is extremely nice and helpful

Poorly managed, undertrained staff. Customer service hold is up to 2+ hours. Sherri is rude and has difficulty performing transactions correctly, she is insecure and very embarrassed about it. Mary is limited too and needs extra support with operating a computer. Kelly was amazing and very helpful. She did a great job but is no longer there due to the poor management and toxic environment. Jessica uses gaslighting to control staff and is abusive if you try to correct her. Employees aren't given proper lunches.Found a Bank with properly trained employees and no hassle or abuse.

Ever since the switch to truist the customer services has gone way down hill. Especially the drive thru.

The worse branch that I ever visited, rude people have me more than 15 min and a lot of arguments why I was getting money of my account, why I was NJ if I was from Florida, asking me about my balance, last transactions, mother name etc, etc etc. I provided 1 estate I'd, plus 2 federal I'd, plus of course my debit card, everything under my name. Horrible experience. If you go to that branch, don't allow to "Mary" be your teller. Horrible person.

The people that work here are very professional and personable. I did have an issue with some of the banking practices and decided that this Bank is not for me. Went to Republic Bank, just fits me better.
