Been a long time customer, but not going back. Place is slow, disorganized and tried to charge me $300 for a $11.78 Rx. Staff was unhelpful and overwhelmed. CVS is a mess from a corporate standpoint and it shows here.

I need to talk to a human at the store and I spent three separate phone calls and 15 minutes going through the horrendous automated system and have never talked to a person.
What should have been a simple less than 1 minute phone call has been one of the most stressful and infuriating processes of my entire life.

Met former co-workers for lunch. Wait staff attentive, food was enjoyed by everyone. Yes, I'll definitely come again.
