Worst service I've ever had at a pharmacy. I went to get medication after surgery, stood in line and was told there was nothing for me. And guess what: The medication was ready. Yes, the person who attended to me, even with my driver's license in hand, was not able to see my medication ready and still looked me in the eye and said there was nothing. The next day, after calling the doctor and finding out what was happening, I received a call from the pharmacy, another employee, very rude, saying that it was just a mix-up, that they couldn't do anything else, for me to go there again and that she I couldn't waste any more time on the phone with me. Anyway, they don't care. They don't help you even after they've made a mistake

One star is too high. Comically poor pharmacy performance, constant errors and delays. Store is fine but the pharmacy needs to be shuttered

If I could give them negative stars, I would. Whoever is in charge of hiring pharmacy staff needs to make sure they are qualified for the position. The worst customer service I've ever experienced at a pharmacy. And I sell pharmaceuticals. This location is terrible. Bring back Rite Aid on West main!

I have been using this pharmacy for 18 years. Other than the restricted hours since covid, I think the pharmacy team is awesome and they have always been good to me. And they all work hard. They get I big thumbs up from me.

Pharmacist was rude and dismissive. The assistant refused to take my temperature and was not helpful. Finally She recommended an item and sent me back in line to purchase the item. Now I'm 20+ minutes waiting in line AGAIN and come to find out they were out of the recommended item UGH. I asked if he could recommend something else. He told me I would need to return to the consultation window SERIOUSLY! So I left and drove the 10 minutes to another CVS. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I NEVER have a good experience at the moorestown CVS.

The reviews reflect the exact atmosphere of the store. Poor! Although, in the past few weeks I noticed some effort towards improvement, but time will tell.

Deserves zero stars for the pharmacy. Mixes up prescriptions. Can never get anyone on the phone. CVS should close this location to maintain its brand.

I like the convenience of having this CVS in town. Note - the pharmacy hours start at 9:00 am, not 8:00 on weekdays.

Arrived early for an appointment made weeks in advance. I signed in and I was pointed to a sitting area where I should wait. Scheduled time came and went. Sat there patiently waiting, and waiting, and waiting some more. Ultimately, I ended up leaving 30 minutes after my appointment since I was being ignored and it didn't seem like it was going to change. I did happen to notice that everyone that works in this store have pink hair or look like they just left a pride rally. Clearly the person doing the hiring is very "selective". I got the feeling I was being ignored for some reason. It actually crossed my mind I was being ignored because I looked like a straight white male. Hopefully not true and no doubt it was weird that that crossed my mind. In any case, I think I'll pass on CVS in Moorestown in the future.

They are the worst pharmacy. Especially the guy with round glasses, rude rude rude. Drive through always closed. I waited in line that took to long and when it was my turn the rude dude said we are closing. I said but I was in line for 20mins, he said not my problem we are closing come back tomorrow. And never do they pick up the phone. I was on hold for 45 mins driving into town, I got there walked in still ringing, stood in line and when rude dude ask me what I needed, I said the phone is ringing for awhile why don't you pick it up, he said no that's fine. I told him I'm on the line calling for 45min. He just shook his head and said we're busy. Rude rude rude.

What the heck happened to this place? Dirty, unorganized and the employees are rude and sloppy looking. Feels like they’re going to close and aren’t telling any of the Moorestown residents.

If I could give this Pharmacy zero stars I would. I am one of the most passive people I've ever known, but this Pharmacy is the absolute worst. I've gone there only 3 times and every single time it's been a hassle. I had medication called in yesterday by my doctor. Today my mother went in to pick up my prescription for me because I have COVID. When she got to the pharmacy, they told her that my doctor never called the prescription in. That turned out to be a lie, after telling them that I have confirmation in front of me from them that they already received it, they realized all of a sudden that they did have it. Then they didn't have my medication in stock, then when pressing on, all of a sudden they did have my medication in stock. This same sort of thing has happened not once, not twice, but three times now. This Pharmacy is corrupt. It's not all CVS' in the area, it's whoever they have working here. They do not have the patients wellbeing in mind whatsoever. To make themselves look even worse, I called them after all of this at 1:15, and they left me on hold for 25 minutes, never picking up. The worst part, they closed for lunch at 1:30PM today. So they left a person on hold and left the Pharmacy.
