This store is always closed . Pulled up at 8:40 pm and there is a sign on the door that says closed . Hours stated open until 10 pm . Happened multiple times .

Awful, might as well reopen the Family Dollar here because they're always closed or cops are wandering around the facility.
Tried to come here yesterday and 2 black women were just shutting the doors hours (2pm) before they actually close.

Store was Clean and Organized , Taria the cashier was Really Nice 👍🏽 Customer Service was 👍🏽. Compare to other DG stores I perfer this location.

Horrible customer service. The manager needs training he’s so rude, if you want this business to grow you need to fire everyone and get trained peoples that really wants to work. They think are doing a favor to us, they get pay by us.

Unimpressed by Dollar General - Needs Customer Service Training!I recently went to Dollar General to pick up a new trash can. While browsing the store, I wasn't offered any help by staff. Finally, at checkout, I was rung up by the Assistant Store Manager, Laura.Here's the frustrating part: Laura greeted the customers before and after me with a friendly "hello" and "have a good day," even thanking them for their purchases. With me, however, she was completely silent and unenthusiastic. She made me feel that I didn't belong in the store.This experience felt incredibly dismissive and frankly, rude. It's especially concerning that Laura, in a leadership role, lacked basic customer service skills.For Dollar General to improve the customer experience, I strongly recommend implicit bias training and a focus on professionalism and customer service for all staff, especially those in leadership positions.Because of this interaction, I won't be returning to this particular Dollar General and I'll think twice before entering any of their stores.

Today I went to this store because it is the closest to my house. I went at 7:00 pm. There were 3 people outside knocking on the door and the girl who works there never opened the door for us and she was inside and didn't come out to tell us anything about why not. I wanted to assist us, it's too frustrating

Great prices on some items while others are the same at a regular store. Clean and organized. As for the cashiers, Not one seems to like their job and the women seem to have a chip on their shoulders. Weird

Poor service, empty shelves, no customer service, dirty place, out of a lot of merchandise. The cashier was doing cashier as well as being on the floor and other services. Just one person for everything. I'm surprised this location is still open for business. This place is a dump.

Normally, I would go to the Dollar General on Kings Highway, but this one is closer to home. Not only is the store is a complete mess, the cashier was rude, disinterested in working, and dismissive. I went there to purchase birthday decorations and balloons, but their helium tank was empty (supposedly). No explanation. No apologies. No help. This was my first and LAST time going to this store. I wonder if the owner or manager ever looks at these reviews, as it seems that I am not the only one with a poor experience.

The store is clean and the daytime staff is nice, BUT, I went there at 8:50 pm on a Saturday night yo get milk and was unable to purchase it. The cashier was tied up with someone having an issue with prices on her items. So, I stood there for a good solid 5 minutes and the cashier was not able to resolve the issue. I have been working 2 jobs today and awake since 4:30am and just want to go home with my milk. The cashier did not call anyone else to ring. There was another emoyee walking around in the behind the cashier that did not offer to help with the growing line. I ended up giving up on waiting in line and left without the milk. It is poor customer service. Don't go there unless you have time to waste.
