I have never felt more valued as a customer than my engagement and account/coverage registration with State Farm and Natalia over the last three days. What started with coverage of an out of state property has ended with coverage of two homes and three vehicles with very good rates and exceptional service. Each time I needed a form, policy or document, Natalia was helpful, efficient and knowledgeable of the process and requirements. βGreat place to get insurance. They don't immediately answer the phone much they be busy but make sure you leave a message with your name and number and they will call you back. Only do this if you cannot physically go there and your too busy. You can pay your policy over the phone if you got your insurance there.β
