  Well, the only thing I could say about the store is that it was great Had good customer service representative there. But as far as the merchandise was nothing over the top. As a matter of fact, I think the can of protective spray extremely smaller😩

  journeys staff in the location in moorestown is horrible. As I walked into the store the staff members never greated me. And when I looked at one of them they seemed to have a trail of smoke leaving their mouth. Once I got help I asked for a pair of vans. The person helping me was Bri, I think that was her name. I asked for a size up in the vans and they still just didnt seem to fit. So I asked for other suggestions and she gave a mean look at one of her coworkers and sighed. She suggested uggs, but that seemed to be out of my price range. And then proceeded to give me an attitude the rest of the time I was in there until I payed for my new balances. I left and will never return to that location because of that manger. I went to a couple of store's and when I was leaving, I then saw her holding a vape in her hand on the floor and talking to her coworkers like it was nothing. She doesnt care for other peoples problems or issue. I cant go near a vape or any smoke because then It can close my lungs. That was very disrespectful of her to have no consideration for other people. Never go to this store.

  The manager, I believe her name was Brianna, had her vape out the entire time and was very unprofessional. I’ll likely never return.

  Good afternoon. I'm writing this review because journeys in mooretown Mall are the worst journeys I have ever been in. As far as the management at that location are terrible, the store manager in that location is very rude and unprofessional She smokes vapes in the store, which is very unsanitary, especially for people who are nonsmokers. The last time I checked, it was illegal to smoke vapes in retail public stores. Also, the store manager there sits on the floor inside of the journeys, which is very unprofessional. I will not be shopping there anymore. I was in the store for about a good 10 minutes with my child as me and my child are looking around. I'm checking out some of the sneakers that they have inside there. All I heard out of the store manager's mouth with another fellow person was nothing but profanity. I mean, the girl at least dropped about 6 profanity words in one sentence to the point that me and my child and I had to walk out of there. I will advise my family and friends not to shop at the Jersey Mooretown Mall journeys. My suggestion to the management is to redirect and provide training because, with my experience being inside that store, there's definitely no type of structure in that store. On top of that, THE store manager was on the phone, facetiming and eating all over the store. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

  The only reason I give this two stars is because I like the selection and they always have the doc martens that I’m looking for. But the customer service in this store is not it. I walked in and both of the workers were on their phones sitting on top of the counter. They didn’t even look up to greet me when I walked in and the place was EMPTY. I wasn’t helped at all and when I asked to try on the shoes the girl rolled her eyes before getting them for me. I never write reviews like this, but honestly this service needs to be fixed.

  Moorsetown mall is pretty dead, but there are some gems still! Journey's is one of them and I wouldn't buy shoes at any other store in the mall. The manager Dylan and staff are very friendly and helped me with a smile on their face the entire time. Definitely a small but convenient little shoe store worth going to if you aren't looking for Nikes

  Ordered a pair of Birkenstocks online for my girlfriend. When they came in she didn’t like how the style fit (uncomfortable & painful). She spoke with a worker at the cherry hill location who informed her she could return them in person as long as they aren’t worn in. She didn’t have them with her at the time so we just tried returning them to the Moorestown location. At first the male employee with long hair instructed us we couldn’t return them without the box. We went back to the car to get the box out of the package it was shipped in and took them back inside to be returned. Upon coming back in with the box as instructed, his female coworker said “they actually can’t be returned if they are worn at all”. Why tell us anything about them being in the box if there was never an intention to process the return? As somebody who works in customer service this experience as a customer was sad and unacceptable.

  I came here right before closing, felt super bad but surprisingly was not rushed at all. Ashaun and Liv (the workers) were so nice and helpful! Helped me figure out my shoe size for several different shoes and helped me customize my crocs lol. Super friendly and welcoming!! Will definitely be making this my go-to journeys!

  The people working this store are so immensely nice. We weren't even shopping there, passing by with our crying toddler, young girl came out offered her stickers and a pack of oreos. One of the nicest acta of kindness ever.
