Was driving down 495 and the driver next to me kept getting so close to my car and kept swerving almost hitting other cars. As I passed by him i noticed he was just looking down not caring that he almost hit 3 cars. Also the side of the truck was damaged already, I wonder why.

If you got a driver that is driving on 46 westbound at 843 on Friday the 26th westbound in the left lane going 45 miles an hour with nobody in front of them blocking the whole entire left lane. You might want to check their driver's license
