“Feels like a 1950s Independently owned hardware store cause it pretty much is. Great service like when u walk in and deal with a place like this you realize for the first time what customer service is. Even if ur just getting a roll of tape I mean seriously Great place ?”
“Tim and team are very easy to work with. We had 16 window screens that needed to be replaced due to storm damage. They were able to get these replaced very quickly and we are very pleased with the quality. I highly recommend B&B True Value Hardware!”

I needed to color match some stain for a project I’m working on. I walk into the store and they greet me by name since they remembered that I had called earlier that day.
Dylan asks for my sample as we walk over to the display. He selects the closest match and says.” If I add some maroon I think we can match it”.
He goes in the back and does his magic. We do a test and it matched.
Connor and Dylan are two outstanding gentlemen. They are knowledgeable, polite, and friendly.
I was so impressed with those two men.

“The manager was great. Takeanne I believe was her name. She helped me over the phone, in the store and even helped put the painting supplies into my car. I can't thank her enough.”
“The staff was friendly and helpful. I had questions about the paint I was about to purchase. It was an older paint, and more than likely, not Sherman-Williams brand. The team here made the color I needed. I made the purchase and was on my way with 2 gallons of paint. Less than 20 minutes, total time! I can't remember the names of the staff members who helped me, but as soon as I walked into the store, they helped me right away. There is a main parking lot that several businesses use in this little strip mall area. The paint store is located on Route 130N.”

And Julie, who worked solo on Labor Day weekend, helped me narrow down the right paint for the job and made sure I had everything I needed, even helped me carry out my purchase to the car. When I went back the next day, she remembered who I was, greeted me with a smile, and helped without skipping a beat.”
