“We've been taking our dog Boomer here for about one year. He is very particular and we've been to a lot of groomers. He loves going to the Dog Room. He always comes back looking perfect and smelling great. The staff are extremely friendly and tell us how much they love Boomer and that he is a good boy. They are knowledgeable too. They told us once over the winter that he had some dry skin probably due to heat. They were right as confirmed by our vet. I highly recommend this place and so does Boomer.”

“We have been trading at WBO for years and have been very satisfied. Hank and Linda keep us advised about diseases in the region. They take care to avoid weevil in their products. Their products are fresh; they typically get delivery of seeds on Tuesdays. I am on my way to get some seeds now.”

“I have an elderly cat with hyperthyrodism and failing kidneys. Needs prescription diet which she will not eat. The owner has taken a lot of time with me, introducing me to brands low in phosphorous that my cat enjoys. The owner is a veterinarian, used to be a research vet in nutrition. She also carries toys, treats, kibble and canned food for dogs. The store is very attractively organized and the owner and employees helpful and knowledgeable.”
“I recently had an emergency situation caring for a friend's dogs after he suffered an emergency medical situation. Diamond dog food company donated some dog food to assist in the situation and I was told to go there and pick up the food. When I got there the employees were very empathetic and helpful”

Benfield Hospital is also right there connected to the PetSmart store, providing well visits and treatment for any ailment your little friend may have. All I need is right there! “I brought my cat in to get his nails clipped since they were super long and the woman who did it for me did a great job. I plan on going back with my cat for future appointments even though today was a walk in and within 10 mins, me and my cat were all done. I would definitely Recommend going to PetSmart at Bustleton Avenue for grooming for your pet. I'm definitely gonna bring my dog and my cat back to the same girl for repeat business. “We stopped in to see the kitties up for adoption and to get our kitty some hairball medicine. They had a super small area where medicine like items were available. They had a large variety of cat food, almost too much it was difficult to choose.
The staff were helpful and friendly. The store was clean and accessible for my mobility scooter.”
