Well, I have to say I was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews here. I was passing through, on business though so took a chance. I'm glad I did. I wish this PF was my home gym to be honest. I have a black card because it's convenient. As a frequent traveler, it's hard to say where I will be from day to day. I didn't have to wait to get weights or a bench for db presses here. Everyone I met, including staff and customers, was professional and polite. The gym and locker room are clean. The equipment all works. I like the set up - some of the smaller rooms (stretching/abs, 360) were tucked away. It felt nice. Welcoming and friendly counter staff. Thank you!!

This gym is spotless! Eric and his staff are very friendly and accommodating. A huge shout out to Ms Wonder who brightens everyone's day! I've been working out for many years and this gym is by far the best I've joined. Members are also very supportive and respectful of everyone. I would recommend membership to anyone!!

terrible just terrible.im fucking fucking pissed. i cant even lift 90 pounds and some 13 year old was teasing me.planet fitness is supposed to be a safe space, i felt discriminated.notonly that but wonder called me a weak pipsqueak

Horrible customer service from a women named Wonder, she discriminated my boyfriend. And banned him from the gym for absolutely 0 reason at all. No where in their policies does it say he cannot be there with out me the card holder. When the problem was addressed by me ( the card holder) she called him a liar, and suddenly banned him out of the blue. Then called the security and the cops on us with 0 explanation. All we asked for was a an explanation

Clean gym with newer equipment overall. However the cleanliness of the showers need some work. The same clump of hair has been hanging in this shower for 2 weeks. Makes me wonder how often they clean the bathrooms. Otherwise great facility & never too crowded.

Most of the staff are super friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful. A big hello, warm smile and great eye contact as you swipe in your member card. The star of the team is WONDER ... yes that's her name! She sparkles and makes sure the entire studio sparkles, too. I always know when she's been there because everything is clean and fresh. Thank you, Wonder!

Train the employees , Went out of my way to use your club, wanting to use a tanning bed, employee couldn't figure out how to turn it on for me, said it was because I was a remote user, been to planet fitness all over the country never had this issue. Find another gym if in town

Maybe stop these teens from coming in droves of 28?! Then stand around on their phones while people who want to workout are waiting for the equipment! You lost three of my pals in the past month because you allow this $hit to happen. Stop with the teeny bopper promotions and stick with the real clientele. Place is more like a daycare than a gym.

If you like 13 year old kids taking up machines while texting and chatting --- this is your place!!!! Equipment is left sweaty and dirty, place feels musty, employees are all rude, Scott def left this place just in time! Go anywhere else

I do like this gym and the location. Some of the equipment such as the Smith machines are dated and old. The calf machine seat adjustment is constantly broken and does not work properly. This is another old machine. Some of the equipment is newer but some is older compared to locations in Pennsylvania. The franchisee should invest in new equipment but that would obviously cost money. Overall, I do like this location and I have been to many.
