Been going here since highschool so I'm not understanding the negative reviews. Brought a friend here who is very picky from NYC recently and she loved her service. In my experience there will always be a tech you may prefer over another but that just comes with the territory. Prices are reasonable and my service is always good that's why I've been a return customer for well over a decade.

I have been going to Pretty Nails for over 23 years! It is a small, family business with amazing staff. They listen to what you want, make sure you are satisfied, and really appreciate their customers, I have NEVER had any issues! I recommend them 100% hands down!

Was recommended this place by a family member and left very disappointed. I had to repeat myself and stop the nail tech multiple times from doing things I didn’t want (not the color I asked for, didn’t want acrylics, not the nail shape I asked for, etc). Everytime I did this she seemed annoyed. I ended up being pressured into acrylics, largely because she cut off the length of one of my natural nails (which I had been growing out for the manicure) to put a tip on before I could even object. The acrylics I ended up with were a rushed, sloppy job. They are crooked, lumpy, and not shaped well. They do not look professionally done. She didn’t even trim my cuticles- she left them completely untouched and dry/ dead looking. I thought that was an essential part of a manicure? Overall I would not recommend.

Tami and her gang are so nice and caring. They truly want everyone to be taken care of and leave happy! So...if you end up waiting it is because they try to fit EVERYONE in!! Time and time again everyone in the shop cares about everyone walking in and knows your name! I have a regular every two week appointment...won't miss it and my feet and hands are happier because of it! Plus...they don't rip you off...keeping prices reasonable allows me to go regularly!
