This place is the Ross of outdoor travel gear, very hit or miss. You can find a nice shirt and pants at a great discount or nothing. I love getting just the right sized packing cubes here. There is Good selection and it varies time to time. You can find some really good deals for but you have to come and look through everything it takes quite a bit of time.
Much better looking in person then on Amazon ln though. It is quite obvious in person something just isn't going to work versus getting stuff online and having to return it.

Love the hunt for the hidden gems in here! Our last visit was awesome, we were greeted by a friendly staff right at the door and a manager (overseen him helping many people) who was Jolyful and jolly on this Black Friday weekend morning. Good finds and great staff.

I requested a discount for the shoes I planned to purchase because they were scraped/ scratched in one section and the female manager Terri refused even a 10% discount and said “no she didn’t see anything wrong with them” if she would have ran her finger across the part of the sneaker I tried to show her she would have seen and felt the damage. The cashier Rob was kind enough to page her to come over and continue checking me out but I don’t see the purpose in confidently selling damaged products at full price. It’s disappointing because it is my first time ever shopping at this store and I expected more attention to detail to the issue I was trying to highlight beside and no and walking away from the manager Terri. Rob the cashier was nice enough to wish me a Happy Halloween. If I didn’t buy them they would have sat on the floor until they were discounted because of the damage … so I saw it as them trying to sell damaged products for full price. (With every intention to put them back on the floor for full price hoping a customer wouldn’t notice). It’s disappointing how the situation was handled not sure if I’ll be coming back again after today! 1st pic is the damage , second is the glossy look and feel it’s supposed to have… especially where the shoes logo is.

I enjoy shopping here! Their deals are great and their products are cool! Comparable to TJ, Marshalls and Ross but more like the sporty stuff I find here!

Really snarky manager. She was a tall blonde woman with glasses. Middle aged. Staff was standing at the registers, but ignored me when I was standing in line waiting to check out.
