Don't waste you money at this place. Things are usually broken, or have missing parts. The staff is rude and ignorant, and so are the managers. Also, I found something I though was a good deal. It had a price of $10. When I got to the register, the cashier saw a higher price on the box. She said that was the price. By law, I was suppose to get the lower price. When I spoke to the manager, he said he didn't care about the rule because he was going out of business and he didn't care if I reported him. Bottom line...SAVE YOUR MONEY.

I considered myself to be a loyal costumer until today. My fiancee and I visited Turn 7 today based on the notice we heard on the radio regarding them going out of business. Plastered all over the store were signs saying taking an additional 50% off. So like most people in the store my fiancee and I racked up on some much needed household items. As we are checking out the cashier quotes us a price of $189.00 which I found very odd given the signs that say 50% off. I inquired about my total and was informed only shows and clothing were an additional 50% off. I references the flyers posted around the store in which the chasier pointed out in small print a line directly under 50% ( which was in large bold print ) shoes and apparel only. I noticed a few other people trying to check out were just as surprised as we were when given their total price .I feel duped and very much so taking advantage of

This place is a total "SS!" Omg! Packed aisles and sections and lack of employees. IF you have time or arrive early, maybe you'll fare better, but to me, this store is a cheapie nightmare! When I went many months ago for the first time, I bought 2 gym tank tops. The line was long - I must have packed my patience that day! If you're low on funds, enjoy lines add crowding, go for it!

I used to come here 2-4 times a week. I had to stop after they hired new people at the end summer time 2023. I kept going thinking they maybe having a bad day. But cashier’s always mad, they don’t greet you, they dont even talk to you, they throw the items like they ready to clock out. They definitely hate their job. Then last time i went with my husband. The girl was in the $30 boxes side. I was walking around looking and she thought i didn’t know Spanish saying “idk why people walk around here when im working”. An ADVICE FOR THE MANAGERS. Build the items, move boxes when the store is closed to avoid any accidents or in this case the employees complaining about customers walking around shopping. NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are very rude and they hate their job. Cashiers need a lesson in customer service or at least smile. Hire people that want to work.

Wow, wow, great deal all over the store. The store opens up at 11:00am. You will shop till you drop. Items are price at .25 cent and up. The items in the store are limited, so it's first come, first get. You have to watch your shopping cart because if you walk away to look at something else, someone will be looking in your cart. It items all over the store. As soon as you walk in the store, it's items and the front of the store. Some people go every day to find great items. I gave them three stars because they sell old candy and food, and the items are expired and broken up. Just make sure you check all the electric items you can plug things in because they don't take anything back!!!!!!! NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE...........

DESERVES NO STAR: I was standing in line for almost 10 minutes before a second cashier came out, (1st cashier was busy with a huge order)he was an older white man, there were five people in line and he did not go the register to get the line down, UNTIL WHITE PEOPLE GOT IN LINE!!!!! He walked over to the line and asked a white woman if she was using a credit card, she said yes so he escorted her to his register(STRANGE) once done he walked over to the line again called a white man, I said HEY, I'M NEXT, I WAS HERE BEFORE EITHER OF THEM. He says but you're already in line. My response was "we are all in line". He took the white guy instead of me any way. IT WAS BLATANTLY OBVIOUS THAT HE WAS A RACIST, AND HE REFUSED TO RING UP ANYONE OF COLOR. He took another white lady after him. I will not be going back.

You find good things it’s just unfortunate that it says that it closes at 7:30 PM online and when you get to the store they’re kicking you out by 6:50 PM stating that they close at 7 PM. The staff is very rude and the store is unorganized but they do have good fines.

Start with the ignorance of the Dominican "manager" at front desk/register. He is extremely rude and talks to customers with a big chip on his shoulder. He talks on his cell phone while arguing with his "baby mama" in front of all customers like he is home. Using language that is not appropriate at all for the customers especially the younger ones. He definitely needs people skill training and probably should be put in the warehouse or in charge of the dumpsters. it's a shame that your experience of the store is based on you is managing or behind the cash register. this crew including most cashiers are at the very bottom level of any kind of customer service. @Mr. Rick Forman you need to do better!!!

Turn 7 has taken over the Lord & Taylor building at the Moorestown Mall. Inside, the main floor of Lord and Taylor the layout has remained the same, just with the addition of all Turn 7's product. Turn 7's product ranges from home goods to clothes and everything in between. The products appear to be old clearanced items, overstock or returns from various stores. The store is semi organized by type of product and price. A few tips: - Check and double check what you are purchasing. - Bring your own bags. - Come with low expectations and plenty of time!

Messy, trashy, rude employees. Some of the items are used and/ or broken and there are no returns. You are better off going to a flea market or a thrift shop. This space would be better put to good use with a different type of business.
