Terrible experience. We went 2 times for passport the we had appointments they told us that the guy in charge wasn’t present. We took time off from work and with 3 kids. They send you to another place and over there they told us that he always does this to people. He knew we need a money order for the passport and didn’t even told us. We had to go back and get the money order. Please do not go here.

Extremely Disappointed – Rude Staff During Passport Change
I had a very frustrating experience when trying to update my passport. The staff member I dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of offering help or guidance, they were impatient and dismissive.
A passport change is already a stressful process — the last thing anyone needs is attitude and disrespect from someone who is supposed to assist. I left feeling upset and completely let down by the service. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in an official government setting.
I hope management seriously addresses how their staff are treating the public. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect.

I drop packages off here almost daily. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I will agree with others that the passport program needs some work as I've witnessed a few issues that shouldn't of happened. One example is all the passport agents were out and appointment holders were not notified, only told to rescheduled once they arrived. This must be extremely frustrating as people take time off from work.

It’s hard to imagine that in such a quaint town like Moorestown you find such rude workers at the post office. The woman behind the counter is just plain mean, unhelpful and unfortunately nasty! Fortunately, every now and then you come across David and he makes up for the others. She needs serious retraining or needs to go!

I came here since the Mount Laurel Post Office lost power and this was the nearest one. The line here was short, service was quick and friendly!

Update: I contacted USPS about this issue and Justin, the postmaster, called back right away, apologized, and ensured that we were rescheduled quickly on a date that was convenient for us. When we returned on a weekend, David helped us submit our passports quickly and was a pleasure to work with.
I don’t know how the other services are managed at this post office, but I’d find another location to get your passport. We had an appointment scheduled for weeks and my family and I took the afternoon off work and school to get my kids’ passports. I tried multiple times to call and re-confirm our appointment but wasn’t able to get through. When we arrived they told us they had no staff to do passports that day and that they had put a sign on the door. I would recommend finding a location or other company since this one clearly doesn’t value customers enough to notify them about cancellations.

Passport reviews are correct, appointments are meaningless. I took my chances since I had a morning appt and didn’t see the reviews until the last minute. Don’t waste your time with an appointment here. Just go to county store.

I have been here several times and the woman who works here is always rude to everyone and makes the experience for all very difficult. I often avoid using USPS and go to UPS instead just to avoid her. The gentlemen who work here are wonderful.
It is sad for Moorestown that we have to interact with such a rude person on a regular basis. Please, find someone to take her spot that is KIND and HELPFUL!!!!!

Staff refused to provide appointment passports service. By reading other reviews, it seems like they just don’t want to do it instead of actually short staffed. Horrible customer service!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this post office to anyone. If I could give them a 0 rating, I definitely would. My mom and I had an appointment for a passport, but when we arrived, I asked if we needed to wait in line or if they could take us directly. The staff told us they couldn’t process passports because the person in charge wasn’t there. When I checked with another employee, they said the first person I spoke to was actually the one who handles passports. Instead of helping us, they told us to go somewhere else. We took time off work for this, and they didn’t even bother to call or email us about the cancellation. Terrible staff.
