I was scared to go in here when I saw the negative reviews, but I had a very positive experience. The man behind the counter was very friendly and helpful and even gave me a piece of tape to seal my envelope that wasn't closing properly.

Won’t answer or return calls. Phone will just sit and ring leading issues to go unresolved and ongoing. When carriers are being careless about damaging your property, it NEEDS to be addressed.

This location's hours state that they close at 6pm on the weekdays. I was at the door of the building at 5:53pm and the doors were already locked and the office closed.Either state that office closes by 5:50pm or stay open until 6pm!

Vindictive postal clerk continues drawing the most awful complaints for her years of bizarre run ins with people trying to simply send their mail. One of many which will never be forgotten here was a callous, near-belligerent dunning of a wheelchair bound member of the community. This nightmarish level of service continues bringing shame onto the postal branch and its other very helpful and likable employees.

I went on a Saturday to mail a letter with tracking...Much better service than Mount Laurel's USPS (which I had been going to for years). There was no line. The staff was friendly and seemed helpful. The parking was easy in the lot behind the building. Part of the reason I hadn't been going to this location was because I thought parking would be street parking.

The front desk named Adam, that middle age woman is racist! She did all things on purpose just because I’m not white people.She is so rude to me when I came to pick up my package, I showed all the things she want to prove my package is my package. But she didn’t give it to me just because my ID is from CA. Is there any law said that people from other states can’t buy things in NJ? Can’t use usps delivery service? She made the law?Adam, She just tried her best to give people hard time. She is really awful. Won’t go to this postal office any more!

Rude service, i went with my package and instead of explaining their process of returning, the employee was passive aggressive. He was visibly annoyed that I came with my package not taped and told me I’ll have to tape it myself.I told him I’d gladly purchase an envelope. He throws me one and says I’ll have to tape it myself. I clearly didn’t have tape with me and he watched me pack it until I had to ask for tape. He again was rude about it and said it would be a courtesy and I felt embarrassed. Will never come back to this site again. We all have bad days, no reason to make another one’s worse

The workers seem to be genuinely nice. However, there is a sign in bold and highlighted hanging in the middle of the counter that says "If you do not have your passport documents completed when you arrive for your appointment, you must reschedule online. NO EXCEPTIONS". When I arrived, there was a family of 4 at the counter for their passport appointment calling people in other states asking them about their birthdates and locations to complete their forms (both parents on their phone with relatives). Were they told to reschedule? Nope. There were only two postal clerks and one was wasting everyone's time waiting for this family, who clearly can't read, to complete their forms at the counter. During the lunch rush.I would have no problem if there wasn't a sign saying No exception. If you are going to make rules, enforce them or hire more clerks.

They lost my package (even with a tracking number). More than 2 months have passed and they don’t have any idea where my package is.

I called for a full week, 8-12 times a day and noone answered-never answered. I have logged an official complaint with the USPS. I am a retired Federal employee- not with USPS and I want the staff terminated at this location,!!!
