“I switched over to this credit union from Bank of America when they were threatening to charge a monthly fee for using our debit cards. It annoyed me so much I decided I'd rather support a smaller, more family oriented banking institution. What I love about this credit union: -personalized service- people already know my name! -very old school- call in and they'll mail you a check -only $5.00 to open an account -my immediate family members can join -low as heck interest rates on car and personal loans -exempt from paying car loan in summer months because I'm in education What's not so convenient: -not as many ATM's available -outdated interent and bill pay services -when checking account online, transactions don't always post immediately I'm going to stick with them for a while and see if I can grow some patience while working on not being just another person who needs everything done for me at lightning speeds.”

My experience continues to shine bright like a diamond in this branch. Today, I was assisted by Angie, one of the nicest and most professional people I have ever met. She gave me her time and exceptional service that exceeded my expectation. This gives me the incentive to stick to PNC Bank for good.
I'd like also to shed the light at Neerma, the bank manager whom I find an excellent gain to PNC. PNC definitely chose the most fit candidate for management. She's immensely loved and respected not only by her staff, but customers as well. Super nice, efficient, and professionalism.
In contrast to this, the exceptional service I have received from this branch made me regret not opening a business account since PNC existed. This is the best bank I have had since I moved to the States in 1992, and I highly recommend it.”

The only thing that confuses me is the entry always has a garbage can blocking the door. In addition the front has a large teller desk however the teller station in the driveway indoor portion which is only two people. This location does NOT have the atms to accommodate remedial teller services. You could be on line of numerous people just wanting to deposit a check. If they would tackle these small issues, it would be a five stars.”
“This is the best Navy Federal credit union I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot! Yasmin remembers my husband and myself by name, and is so friendly and welcoming! When I initially brought my husband in to sign up for an account, he brought in over $500 in uncirculated presidential dollars and Cristen helped us roll them up! She was very fast too! The gentleman at the front desk with the curly hair is also very kind and helpful.”

“I've been dealing with the stressful situation of helping my father, who is unfortunately in a nursing home, manage his finances, and EVERYBODY at this branch has been absolutely AMAZING at helping me through the process of obtaining the necessary documents, which has been incredibly strenuous. Each person here is a real pro, but I want to especially shout out Stephany Hurtado who is the epitome of customer service, professionalism, and hard work. She's gone above and beyond to assist me through mountains of paperwork, ensuring I get the documents I need, following up with corporate and the back office, plus keeping me updated. Her attention to detail and follow through are 2nd to none! The woman deserves an award for the HOURS she's put into helping me and ultimately my father. I can't thank everyone, especially Stephany, enough for their assistance during a difficult and stressful time. I am moving my business account over to this bank as a result of the stellar service. I have to say dealing with the branch in person vs corporate over the phone are different experiences. I've had good and bad experience with corporate, but at this branch always top notch and friendly service. Truly 10 stars!”
