Ordered a hood which had some slight cracks and a chip in it. Also claimed to be "fully functional" and it's completely sealed underneath. Contacted them about this and got the run arounds and eventually just gave up. In the end the hood looks nice but cost extra to do due to the damage

I needed a Shaker Hood Rally Stripes Graphic Kit for my Dodge Challenger Widebody Scatpack.The dealership said it would be 4 weeks to receive it and I needed it in 2 days.I found BMC Extreme Customs online and located the item I needed. I then called them to verify it was the correct item and that it was in stock.The owner Michael answered the phone, answered all of my questions, and I had plenty of them, then proceeded to take my order over the phone so that I didn’t have to do it online.I called him on a Wednesday and told him I needed them to arrive at the auto body Friday. He said he’d have them cut Wednesday and shipped Thursday overnight, so that they would arrive early Friday morning.Sure enough, they arrived earlier than expected Friday and upon opening the package and inspecting everything, it was all FLAWLESS.Michael himself was a true gentleman and is a model of what every business owner should be. He went above and beyond to ensure, me, his client, was taken care of and fully satisfied.Will definitely recommend and return as a repeat client.

Has a carbon fiber wiper cowl for a 99-04 mustang gt ordered around late march 2022 received a letter in the mail early may and don’t answer emails or have shipped my cowl which is supposed to ship after 4/6 weeks

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Bought a wide body kit. Parts received and sent to body shop for paint. Went to install fender flares and found they did not send the middle section of the back fender flares. Have been going back and forth with the owner for months. Was told several times the parts were shipped. Finally after several emails, phone calls and text they gave me a tracking number. Happy just want to get my car done. Tracked the number they gave me all week with the post office...finally said it was delivered. Unfortunately it was delivered to someone in Tennessee not Florida. The owner LIED and provided a bogus tracking number. I have had enough of the run-a-round and lies. I will be filing with small claims court in New Jersey this week.

EDIT 4/29 - Company contacted me and then the manufacturer, who is sending me a new spoiler and a return label for the old one.Purchased a painted spoiler and installed it in January. Two months later a quarter sized piece of paint came off. Upon further inspection there was a hairline crack in the spoiler, and I assume the crack is growing causing the paint to crack and peel off. I've emailed them and attempted to call but their mailbox is full. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't received any form of a response.

This company has literally stolen money from me. I ordered some headlights nearly a year ago from them and the excuse after 3 months was "theyre back ordered". Then 5 months later it was "They're stuck on a ship". Fair enough, there were shipping backlogs. But then more months passed and I sort of needed headlights. I got them elsewhere and have called and emailed them repeatedly asking them to refund me and they simply won't respond. Too much time has passed to make a credit card claim so now I'm just out 350 dollars. Who knows if they even actually ordered the headlights. They may have just pocketed the money from the start. I should have listened to the sub-3 star review averag, so shame on me I guess. These guys are thieves, do not give them your money.

I ordered the hood stripes kit for my GTO. One of the stripes came damaged but I must say customer service is great. They are working we me to expedite the damaged Vynal pannel. Reading a lot of bad reviews about customer service but these guys have been great since the beginning regarding customer service. I’ll update this review once I receive the undamaged part. UPDATE: Outstanding customer service, they overnighted the damage product at no additional cost. These guys value the customer and I would not hesitate ordering from them.

I picked up the Carbon fiber Roadrunner hood for my 2014 dodge charger, from the first phone call to these guys I got great customer service. the hood was shipped in a near bombproof container with lots of bubble wrap. hood arrived 2 days earlier than expected and fit perfectly. I don't give glowing reviews but these guys earned it.

This place is a huge joke. Save your time and money, and just order from somewhere else! I ordered a hood on December 6th money was taken from my account, and now on December 10th the money was back in my account when I contacted the company they told me it was due to the fact the billing address was different from shipping (the hood was going to be a Christmas gift for my husband and was being shipped to my parents address) they then stated they mailed a letter with a confirmation pin to my address and that it should be there today or yesterday. I did not receive their letter and when I contacted the company back they told me they’d push the order through when I explained I’d need to update the card that was used due to me purchasing it with my old debit card and that if needed I’d just ship the hood to my address to avoid confusion they told me to resubmit the order. Once I redid the order I got a call back stating the hood was no longer in stock and I could purchase another hood for $100+ more. Your company is a joke.

Good guys here ,Bruno and them are all very nice and accommodating , when a supplier pushed an order back into next to year they tried helping me and then canceled it for me when asked without issue and quickly.

great customer service and went the extra mile to ensure I got the correct paint on my spoiler. Only took about a month and a half to arrive, everything was perfect.
