The white lady cashier working at the register is extremely rude. Asked a question about coupon and got yelled at. If you don’t want to work then quit. Stop showing your frustration at job with customers.

really rude customer service and really rude pharmacist ever since they switched pharmacist they’re not nice. They don’t have any consideration for people. They’re really rude and employees are really rude. The old pharmacist in the older employees were so much nicer. I have had the worst experience dealing with this new pharmacy in this new crew. if they’re dealing with the public, they have to have respect for Public Also, they never have any pills in stock

Horrible service I normally go to another cvs but I happened to be local and placed a photo order, was supposed to be ready 10am for pickup. I arrive and it was they needed until 2PM. I arrive 5PM and still not done ! This was Father’s Day gifts and the attitudes and lack of customer service speaks volumes

The new pharmacy manager is awful, fire her and bring someone new in please. She is rude and the opposite of helpful. I’ve used this pharmacy for years without a problem, now every time I try to get my prescriptions refilled there’s some issue. I had everything set up so well here, will be a pain to change it all, but will never use this place again unless this woman is fired.

I had a great experience
At this cvs . I was helped by a very helpful and friendly Sanjay ! He helped the whole time with a smile on his face. I was getting all the Easter sale chocolates and he made sure the discounts came off and even didn't mind when I asked for the prices so that I can add more to the order . He was patient with me so thank you !

Do not use them for prescription refills. They used to be good with the previous head pharmacist. Things changed. Prescriptions never get filled in a reasonable time. They don't pick up the phone. I never get notifications when a prescription gets ready for pickup and most of the time I simply eventually go there, tell them I'd be waiting to pick it up and sit there, wasting my time.

Was in the store today picking up a prescription and the pharmacist yes the pharmacist was filling prescriptions in bare feet no shoes or socks . How nasty is that .

I needed antibiotics because I was scheduled for surgery the next day at 6:00 AM. I was supposed to take the antibiotics for 5 days before the surgery but it did not get sent and it was a holiday weekend. So when it was discovered, the doctor said take one dose today to get it started.
The Dr office called in the prescription, but the pharmacy did not pick up the phone. After I got there an hour later the pharmacist did not listen to the voice mail. To make matters worse the pharmacist refused to listen to the voice mail even though I was sitting there waiting. As of this post, I have no idea how long the pharmacist is going to wait to listen to the voice mail.
I have been waiting for 20 minutes and the pharmacist has not listened to the voicemail yet.

Store is dirty with trash and boxes all over the place. Looks like a store that is going out of business?? Pharmacy is a total mess.... Best to take some place else...
