This Pharmacy sucks,,, you call and the phones rings and rings, they take forever to answer if they answer at all, and if they do pickup they disconnect you.I have called the corporate office multiply times, and they claim they will look into it, but this situation never gets better.

Date:2/9/24 @4pmVaccine for 90year oldI came in before time and waited for more than 10 mins so asked the person at the vaccine again when they attend. He asked me to wait. Also, I requested if he can prepare vaccine in front of me but he arrogantly rejected. So I asked him if I can watch when he and same response.Completely rude staff and no consideration of customer service. CVS management please teach your employees esp the one who was present on the above day and time.

I have been coming here for years to pick up my prescriptions and never had an issue with customer service experience except the normal short staffing and sometimes long line issues, which is anywhere nowadays. I went inside today to pick up my prescriptions and I was the next in line when the pharmacy technicians were each helping one other customer. I was there for at least 2 mins prior to 1:30pm when the female pharmacy technician tells me they are closed for lunch now and I have to come back. I was annoyed but understood and went to grab some other items I needed in the store. A minute later, the customer in front of me tells me they are looking for me and to go back to grab my prescription. I go back up to the pharmacy and the male pharmacy tech doesn't really say anything. I than see who looks like to be the pharmacy manager, Frank, be rude to the tech helping me. Saying "he can't ring me up it's 1:35pm". I than say back I was on the line prior to 1:30pm and he replies to me it doesn't matter than rudely says to just do it and ring me up. I found this whole experience unpleasant from me standing in line for 2 mins and them giving me no indication they were closing for lunch and just having me wait to be told no, they didn't have the gates pulled down even halfway, and than on top of that for them to tell me to come back real quick and than have the manager speak rudely to his employee and customers was poor customer service. I'm happy they let me get my prescription and also totally respect they need their breaks too, but it was how they went about the entire situation and could have been way more professional.

I had a very bad experience with the pharmacist at Morganville CVS. The pharmacist name was Mina Y. I had made an appointment for a flu shot and he said it was not there, he was rude about it. This is not the way you treat your customers.

I had previous negative experience with this pharmacy and stopped using them a few years ago. I decided to give them a chance yesterday and immediately regretted it. I dropped the prescription in the morning. When I returned to pick it up, I was told that there was an issue with my insurance and that the medication wasn’t going to be covered. I was ready to pay over $50 for the pills, but something didn’t sound right with the statement “insurance issue”. I used my insurance card a day before and there were no problems.I took my prescription to another pharmacy and what a miracle, my insurance worked!!! I didn’t have to call anywhere. I paid my $1.59 copay and walked away with the prescription within 30 minutes. This only confirmed my previous negative experiences with CVS and I will never use them again.

Our family of six have many prescriptions sent to this pharmacy over the years and also use this store for our everyday items' multiple times during the week as its where our NYC commuter bus stops in the evenings. While we understand the staffing shortages this CVS experienced over the years, and tolerated ad hoc rudeness by CVS pharmacy staff, today (Sep 6, 2023) was the tipping point. I have been down with COVID along with my family members and had no choice but to stop by to pick up a medicine for my daughter that her pediatrician recommended. I made sure the medication was ready to be picked up on Sep 5th, 2023. However, upon checking into the pharmacy (after staying in line for about 15mins) around 6.30pm, the lady said the medication is not ready and for me to stand back at the medicine drop-off counter. Then Stephanie who was at the drop-off counter said someone didn't process it the previous day and for me to come back in 5 mins and it should be ready for me. I told her that's good I had to buy some cough meds and I will pay for it in the front of the store and return for this medicine collection. Once I returned to Stephanie, 1st she was so busy talking to another lady casually (I know she is another staff member of the store) without regard to the fact I was standing there barely able to stand. All this happened while the store manager Frank Marchese was walking around restocking items. They basically ignored that I was standing there for a good 10 mins. Then I had to excuse myself and ask Stephanie whether the medication is ready for me. She said to go back and stand in the mile long line at the pharmacy counter. She just laughed at me along with the other women who claimed she was on leave while working on the premises. I was shocked. Anyhow, I went back on the long line as my daughter needed her medicine before school starts to feel better. While standing at the back of the line I could see her laughing and chit chatting with the same staff person who claimed she was on leave. So, I asked the gentleman behind whether he could hold my spot until I return and went looking for the store manager. So, I happened to run into the same lady Stephanie was talking to and asked whether she can help me and that's when she told me she is a manager, but she can't help as she was on leave of some kind. I was confused now why she was in the store if she was on leave? Was it that she didn't want to help me or what? I told Frank Marchese that the service at the pharmacy today was unacceptable, and I would like to know the Pharmacy manager's name. He said he doesn't know the name and he "think" its Phil C. or something. I said how could he not know as the manager who his colleagues are? Isn't that a basic principle to know who are the managers in case of an emergency of safety issue? I wonder whether CVS corporate office knows that Mr. Frank Marchese, Ms. Stephanie (behind the pharmacy counter) and the other lady who claimed she was not supposed to be there on September 6, 2023, ill-treat innocent sick patients? CVS needs to hire compassionate people to work behind the counter, so they know how to treat all types of people the same instead of making a mockery out of us and laughing behind the counter or discriminating against us.

Who's the greedy corporate genius that decided the pharmacy should close at 7 pm now during the week? You went from 9 to 8 and now 7, ridiculous customer service. Time to change pharmacies.

Worst customer service at pharmacy and store both. It took hours to just get one medication filled. People are waiting there all the time. They are behind in filling prescription and lie that they don’t revive prescription. People are not trained

Always a terrible service.1 - messed up the prescription when my daughter was 5 years old. CVS send a medication home for my daughter which was actually prescribed to an older man for another condition. Thank GOD that person called the CVS to let us know that we have wrong tablets at home.2 - They always have all filled medications with names of people for the whole world to view.3 - They filled the prescription yesterday, which had 1 tablet on script, but I was provided with a whole 30 pills bottle. THEY ARE FRAUD!!!!!!

Since Allan left this pharmacy is awful. I get an auto refill and it’s never filled in time. If it needs to be renewed they say the doctor doesn’t respond I call the doctor he says they never called or sent anything for the renewal. I believe the doctor. This pharmacy should just close.
