If I could, I would leave 0 stars. The customer service at this location is terrible. I had my doors measured and received the confirmation with a PO#. I called the store and spent over 2 hours on the phone being transferred and put on hold but never found out if they have the measurements. Without the measurements, I can't order doors. I never expected that people working at the store are so lazy and incompetent. I tried to get the manager but couldn't get in touch with the manager either. Is this what the service industry has come down to? We are doomed. I would love to see a response from the store on here. Why are there a bunch of people hanging out there and not caring to help? Also, how can I spend $10K+ and order installation of the doors if they are unable to answer a simple question? I don't believe I will waste my time and money here anymore.

What is going on with your delivery guys? You sending delivery on Saturday at 6:30 am ? Who keeps ringing the bell and waking up kids and everyone in the house, you think that is right??

We ordered our countertops through home depot and were made by Stone Systems. The day of manufacturing we were told we would have to change the edge profile we selected a month in advance due to the shape and material. I contacted other counter top manufacturers and they told me our original selected edge could be manufactured contrary to what Stone Systems told us.On the day of delivery our main countertop was split in two pieces even though we paid extra to have it seamless as one piece, and we were never sent any type of drawing for approval before manufacturing. Home depot and Stone Systems has been unresponsive in our request for a partial refund due to not receiving the product we paid for. I would recommend going to a small local company that will properly communicate and care about their work.

When I walked into Home Depot I was greeted and helped by the sweetest, knowledgeable and helpful woman named Jerilyn. I was never expecting such vibrancy and care like I was helped by her. I knew Jerilyn loves her job and is just an all around amazing woman bc for her to go out of her way to help me so much, saved me so much time!! If there were a store full of helpful ppl like her everyone would be in and out bc I never get help and she just was truly a breath of fresh air!! Thank you again Jerilyn you really saved my day!!

I recently visited this home Depot in Marlboro for a drainage project. Jim from the 7pm shift was incredibly helpful. He stopped to ask if I needed help and guided me to the right solution. I will be back to this store again!

Just a home depot. Was clean and organized. Went at like 10pm at night and just looked at appliances, tried to figure out which fridge was the best. The kitchen aid ones definitely had the best construction. Good form and function. Definitely comes at a premium price though

This place is amazing it's clean , the air conditioning actually works in the room , continental breakfast every morning, and if you need things for the room just ask and they get it for you.

Horrible experience today with an employee (Pete).I asked for help finding a cam screw and he tells me I'm busy. Mind you he was not helping another customer at the time and this was before 9am. 2 star because I like what they do for kids on the first Saturday of the Month.

Do not shop at any Home Depot, NO ONE CARES.I placed an order for fences in Marlboro, order was sent to Milltown. Some staff was helpful in Marlboro, not Milltown. There is NO communication between anyone. One rep says there are notes another rep says there are no notes. If you want a four-hour window you have to pay 20$ for delivery. In the notes was to say call when on the way AND please check that there is no damage to fence. In the past I received damaged materials. you would think it would be checked before it leaves the yard.no manager available. I have been a pro with Home Depot for several years, they are going downhill.I asked what happens if there is damage, I was told to send back, and will ship on the next AVAILABLE day, Not Acceptable. I said if it does come damaged, I will return order. I would have to come back anyway; I will reorder from lumber yards. I will order from lumber yards in the future,a lot more, don't want to lose the reader. DONT SHOP AT HOME DEPOT. Lowe's is not any betterI called on Wednesday, for 3 hrs., at 330pm I was told Pro desk left at 2pm, I asked why I was not told when I called several times after 2pm. phone went dead. This inconvenience was over 4 days total (7 hrs.) no one answers phones you lost me as a pro customer.Thank you, Marlboro pro desk for trying to help.
