If you ever make a reservation to rent a van MAKE SURE you call the day before to confirm. I called on a Wednesday morning to reserve a van to move my daughter to college for Saturday at 5:30 pm. When I got there, they said there was no reservation and the van was rented out in the am and has not been returned and there was mothing they could do. Horrible customer service.

Bought an entry door in early Sept. the door has arrive and sitting in my garage since early Oct. no one in the store responds, have gone in personally and still no one sets up installation. I need my money back. Home Depot takes the money within 24hrs but no service or courtesy calls. Avoid this store

Solid Home Depot location, there are a handful of employees who have some great knowledge to share.Like every other retailer this location is cutting back on employee headcount especially at the registers. Parking is plentiful and they always seem to have what I am looking to purchase.

This HD has the worst service in the door section. I wanted to order an installation of a storm door and purchase from this store and it is an arm and a leg to do this. They charged me $30 to have a contractor to measure my door. Took over 10 days and 2 in store visit to follow up with the hold up. My complex needs certificate of insurance. After the measure took a month and 4 more in store visit to request for the it and with many phone calls to Dave no help. After gotten insurance certificate and got approval to install storm door, I paid the entirety the storm door and installation fee on my credit card. It has been 10 days now after I paid no contractor call me yet. I called Mary Ellen and told me he will call me. I am still waiting. I am given till the end of the month of November if this is not done I will cancel entirety. This has been the most stressful. If you want to get this done hire a contractor and have it done. Home Depot has the worst customer service and their contractors are idiots. Don't even think of hiring them to renovate your home they will stall you and never show up.

I will never shop there again. I ordered and paid $4450 for an entry door on 8/3/19. I received a call on 8/22 telling me my door was in the store. I've been trying to set up an installation date since then. Each time I call, I am bounced around from department to department with nobody answering the phone. Not once, has anyone in the door department or installation answered the phone. I've left my name and number multiple times and have never received a call back. I've never left a bad review before, but I am so angry, I have no other choice.

Worst customer service experience ever. First time delivery was scheduled refrigerator arrived with shatter glass inside. Delivery personal insisted that I keep that fridge and that they would deliver a replacement glass shelf that broke. First of all, that is not professional at all. And second I have purchased a new fridge not a refurbished one; giving me a broken fridge and delivering parts at a later date does not seem like a new fridge. On top of that, they switch delivery timings on you without even a notice. I've called everyone (from delivery partner to Home Depot themselves) and no one has an answer for why it switched and all that keeps happening is blame shifting. I would expect a corporation as large as Home Depot to have more control of their supply chain partners. Definitely the worst customer service Experience ever. So disappointed that Home Depot doesn't care about the customer after they have made the sale. That is not how a company should work.

Ordered windows from this HD and the guy who installed them ended up installing THREE windows with dings and dents on them. Took FOREVER to get in touch with the manager Christopher Ancona and even then he gave me some b******* excuse about them. They ruined my rug, was told I would get credited for that, and nothing. Bull$h!t excuses each time. It's been FIVE months of back and forth of guys coming to my house taking out the old window, installing a new window, only for the new window to ALSO have issues. Guys, save yourself the money, headache, and having to deal with a worthless "manager" that doesn't even have the decency to email or call you back. Get windows from a local expert who's insured. Don't go through Home Depot.

The Marlboro Home Depot has the worst customer service I've ever seen. Ive been in the store several times and nobody is ever around to pull items or give assistance. You probably could just walk right out the door with items because then they would to actually do something.

Probably the worst home depot Ive been too. Today I tried to purchase the grill in the store. I needed help from the guy but he just didnt want to do anything.He kept finding the excuses why I shouldnt get the grill, first claiming the price is probably wrong, then that I will not fit it in my suv, finally that if I can't fit it in my car I cannot return it and I will just have to get a different car!!!he was very rude with an attitude.Dont know whether he was this way becaus
