“I was having trouble with my apple tablet. I was getting a dark screen. Frist, I went to apple freehold for price for new tablet comparative to tablet and it was $500.00. Then, I went to street talk and meant Jorge. He told me it would take 45 minutes to get diagnose of what was wrong and would cost $29.99. However, this would not be included in cost if I do get it fixed. He told it may be battery that cost $90 or a charger $120.00. Jorge called me back 40 minutes later and told me it was the screen at would only cost in total $150.00. And it was fixed already. I was totally surprised and shocked that it was fixed in 40 minutes. if I talk this to Best Buy it may take a few days. I was very happy with the service by Jorge.”
