“My go to store for shipping for years. All the employees are super friendly, so friendly I’ve gotten to know many of them and now call them friends. Rosanna really tries her best to help all her customers with their needs. They also spend serious time with each costumer out of caring that they get the lowest rates, insurance, proper packaging and that the item is being delivered to the correct address. Sometimes this leads to a longer line but it’s worth it. They also have a self shipping kiosk if you have labels already on your packages which is a plus for a quick run in and out if you have some returns.”

I decided to try this post office because of their high 4.5 Google rating—and it truly did not disappoint. The customer service is superb, and ALL THE STAFF were friendly, patient, and wonderful, which made the process smooth and pleasant.
I especially want to commend BERNIE, who was the one handling my international package. She was very knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely made sure that my package would reach the receiver safely. She even gave helpful advice to avoid any future shipping issues.
Even though I live a bit far, I’ll definitely keep coming back because of the amazing customer service. Highly recommend this place!”
“POSTMARK PLUS- Sam was very helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient. I walked in at closing. Sam took his time to make sure I had the best offer to get my overnight letter to where I needed it. They offer packaging/labeling on the spot. Highly recommend stopping in at postmark plus for personal and business shipping. Plus they have Notary On-site.

“I went to Print center today at staples to print several different things that I needed to send out. Chris was super helpful and amazingly, friendly and polite. He helped myself as well as five or six other people all at the same time without keeping anyone waiting long and without getting frustrated. Also several people had silly questions or had to be shown multiple times how to do stuff. It is great to see someone like Chris out there, helping people and going above and beyond. The store is lucky to have him as an employee. My small interaction with him made my day.”

“Everyone is friendly and does their best to get the line moving. Aside from that, I would not recommend for prints. My project had a lot of delays. I was giving a quote and the final print was 2X as expensive and it was 3 to 5 shades darker that it was supposed to be - all middle colors/tones were black or close to blank, off-whites were solid yellow-orange (it's as if someone altered the image brightness and saturation before printing), the paper was rolled in a way where creases damaged the ink. It was a waist of time and money. I had to get it reprinted elsewhere.”
“Personally I have been shipping for 32 years but I have never received better service than this post office anywhere.
I ship UPS Fed Ex DHL and other companies this is one of the best offices in New York and New Jersey they deserve a raise!
Out of 5 I give them a 10.

“I am so thankful for Kathy Felton at the Helmetta post office. The whole staff was super nice but Kathy was truly the best. I had a problem with transferring documents and had a very bad experience with a post office in Sayreville that I was not getting any help resolving until I met Kathy at the helmetta post office. Kathy was very Knowledgeable and straightened out the problem I had in Sayreville. She went above and beyond for me, was super nice and really took the time to explain everything that was going on to me and how to take care of the problem. It is very rare to come across a person and business that are so caring and helpful they are the best and Kathy is a great person.”
“I have been shopping at this Staples for a very long time, and in the past the staff was pleasant, but didn't always know about what was available in the store. My more recent trips, especially the last two have been excellent, thanks to the employees. One was named Tom, and the other I forgot to get his name - sorry, because he deserves recognition too.
I came in looking for things that had been purchased there more than a year ago. Both times the employees knew that the items were no longer carried by the store, saving me lots of time hunting for things that were not on the shelf. It may seem odd to give a store 5-stars for something they don't carry, but it is the employee knowledge that gets the five stars. Note to store owners and managers - create a good working environment where your employees are happy to work there, and want to stay. That consistency and store knowledge translates to a great customer experience!”

“I'm giving four stars because it's a nice place and a good location and I'm a business owner so I don't want to trash anyone but the employees there are completely lazy. I needed something notarized and they told me I needed an appointment. I've never heard of that before and the place was completely empty and so was the parking lot and the employees were doing nothing but sitting around and a notary takes about 2 minutes because I get them done at other UPS Stores all the time So based on complete laziness they refused to do it and were rude other than that I'm sure the place is great”

“I can’t say enough wonderful things about this post office. First of all, they are always so kind and helpful anytime I come in and need assistance. Second, I am still sitting here in disbelief how above and beyond Kim went to get a hold of my package. I ordered something for my daughter for her graduation and unfortunately when I got the notification the package was delivered I could not find it anywhere. It wasn’t our regular mail person and these things happen. I drove over to the post office 30 minutes before closing on a Friday, and Kim couldn’t have been more helpful. Not only did she locate my package but she went and picked it up herself where it was accidentally delivered and then hand delivered it to me at my home. This is just above and beyond what anyone would ever do these days and I’m just so thankful to live in this town with such amazing, kind hearted postal workers. I know if I lived anywhere else my daughter wouldn’t have had her graduation gift on time. Kim, you are amazing and I can’t thank you enough for what you did! We love our Colts Neck Post Office! ❤️”
