Phil and the team were so friendly and helpful! Walked in for a passport photo for my infant, they took me right away and made the whole process quick and easy.

It seems to be first come first serve regardless of having an appointment. They're more focused on making a commission on travel, versus honoring appointments for TSA, TWIC, etc. An appointment at 1250pm turned into being helped an hour later. I realize they're busy, but obviously disorganized. Also there's not enough seating, I had to stand the whole time while allowing older people to sit down.

Went there to take a passport photo and get documents notarized.
Asked about getting a digital copy and the notary guy(who unfortunately took my picture) sarcastically laughs and says.no, it is clearly mentioned on the AAA site that one digital copy will be provided for premier members ,which I am .
The same guy wanted to notarize my document with an expired stamp,which I readily refused.Overall a zero customer experience from this AAA location.

I tried to file a claim over the Internet like I was instructed by the agent three hours later of it just shutting down on me over and over. I really appreciate it. Your system works wonderful now I have to drive two hours down to one of your stores to figure this situation out, thank you for your wonderful website

We used AAA to join a bus tour of some of our National Parks. We will be traveling with our travel buddies only this time we will take a bus so that no one has to drive and miss out on sights because they must keep their eyes on the road. Arrangements went very smoothly and we can’t wait to go!

I needed to get some currency for a trip. This was a great place to find the money I needed. The currency arrived much faster than I expected and the rate of exchange was good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will recommend them to anyone who is preparing for a trip.
