He (Serge) agreed to do my 2019 ford transit front and rear brake pads and rotors so I brought a vehicle at 8 am when he opens to have job done faster he started at 12 then I called at 3 he said he is still working on it that he ran to some difficulties it’s a 4 years old car so I was getting inpatient I went there at 4 he got angry with me that repairing took him so much time (like it was my fault)that he will only finish front he won’t touch rear. Total disaster this guy can’t fix simple Ford breaks stay away from this place

I am gonna keep it short, if you have a well cared for European car, this is the shop to go, they know European cars inside out, they're professional, precise and very courteous, and above all very transparent.Finally, you can not go wrong with an owner operated local business.

Had a leaky injector on my 2011 ML350 diesel. Brought it to that shop to have it replaced. The shop charged me 1500$ to fix the problem. After the job was done I drove about 100 miles. A few weeks later I noticed that there is a leak again. I called the shop and they told me to bring the car back. I asked if it was safe to drive it. Since leak looks pretty bad. Even worse than when I originally brought it in. Owner assured me that it is not a problem. On the way to the AH Auto I noticed excessive smoke from under the hood. I pulled over. But it was to late. When I came out undercarriage was in flames. I barely got my kid and dog out. And very quickly the whole front end was engulfed. After firefighters were done with it there was hardly anything left of once clean and beautiful Mercedes. I just thank God that it was me driving. Not my wife. And thankfully no one got injured. When I called the shop, the owner Sergei refused to take any responsibility for the failed job and burned car. He said that injector line was old and probably failed. And he tried to save me money and left it alone. And that does not make any sense. There are plenty old CDI's out there and not many catch fire. And he was rude and unprofessional. Never offered any help or assistance. The excuse was; "why did not car burn right after you left the shop? But a few weeks later?". Stay away from that shop if your life is important to you. That was my lucky day. I attach the photo to show the aftermath of the mess they got me in.
