I’ve been a member at Crunch Fitness in Morristown and really appreciate the variety of equipment and the clean, well-maintained facility. Most of the staff are friendly and supportive, and the gym’s “no judgment” policy is a great approach. At times, however, the atmosphere hasn’t felt as welcoming as it could be, and I hope management continues working to ensure every member feels comfortable and encouraged. Overall, it’s a solid gym with a lot of potential.

Crunch in Morristown Is not clean VERY DIRTY, equipment, outdated, trashy, clientele, lack of service.

Very disgusting and unpleasant experience. I've been a member since 2016 and paying a monthly membership while barely going. I recently had surgery and relocated, I've been trying to cancel my membership for 3 months. Associate chase and manager Craig have been no help. I've been charged their annual maintenance fee though I canceled the membership. I have to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge. My membership cancelation was only temporarily until I return to NJ. But now, I will never rejoin any of this franchise group. They spike prices after you join and staff are very unpleasant.

They still didn’t refund my membership fee, I cancelled it more than 2 months ago and still no refund , and they play games every time I call to ask about my refund, until today chase the manager is trying to help me out to get my refund, and the issue is their financial department.

Been lifting for almost 10 years and have been coming to Crunch Morristown for about 2 years now. One of the best in the area I’ve been too. Big fan of the layout and machine selection. Eric, the new manager, has came in and has really made some big improvements (with more to come) and is super knowledgeable. They also validate parking which is huge.

This gym is really nice the people over here is kind and sweet and I like it that’s it’s really local like anyone can js go overall I really like the gym and I really think people should come over here and workout i enjoy it!

Its not possible that we are almost 32° and the manager allowed onlye one person to use the fan when the gym is cold and the perdon doesnt even care. Nobody put order here. Early night theres reggaeton so loud you could even listen to your own thoughts. Also some machine are old some time doesnt work. Its a close option but i wouldnt picked again.

I wish there were still some anti-covid measures in place, like barriers on treadmills, but generally speaking this place is pretty good. I don't particularly agree with the system needed to purchase water or protein, and the wipes run out a lot, but it's pretty good

Strong group fitness instructors. Spacious. Cons, parking garage, is a bit challenging although free for gym members. Limited street parking. The building is old and from time to time there are leaks.
