I took my mom to purchase a new mattress and I can’t tell you what a great experience we had dealing with Marisa in the Morris Plains store. There were many things that I liked about her, but the utmost important was her not being a pushy sales person. She showed us what we were there to see and ultimately it was our decision in the end on what we wanted to purchase. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Her personality made it worthwhile to spend some time in the store with her. I truly wish that there were more people like her in this business. I promise you, there would be many more sales to be had.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Marissa from the Morris Plains office of Mattress Firm. Although she is new to her role, she went out of her way to help me and provided exceptional service. Marissa did not leave any stone unturned in ensuring that my needs were met, and I am extremely satisfied with the support she gave me.
I truly appreciate her dedication and professionalism, and I highly recommend her. Period.

Worked with Steffany to get a new mattress. Have back issues and she was able to get me an adjustable base as well. Really transparent And did everything she could to get me all the discounts and the best price possible. Delivery Scheduled for Sunday and it’s now Friday, which is quicker than most other places. Appreciate the help
