On positive side staff at site are very helpful. I have 2 units, and at times during weekends not enough carts, only 3 so you have to wait sometimes 30 minutes. I’ve complained and so have others, but management say 3 is sufficient for the site. Really buy 2 more carts, how much would it cost.
After 4 months I get a email the rates are going up, and it’s a lot more. So I’m disappointed on the teaser rate, than when you have everything stored they raise the rates.
I will be moving out soon.

Ed provided fantastic customer service! I had an issue with my lock, and he was quick to address the problem to keep my belongings secure. Ed was also extremely kind and understanding of my situation. This location is run by a great team that is very helpful and reliable.

Avoid. I was shown one 10x20 space that looked fine, then was assigned a different space that turned out to be flooded and smelled of mold when I tried to move in. Thankfully Reign was understanding when she saw it but the only other available space was also flooded and moldy. She reached out to a district manager after I was getting the runaround from corporate about a refund. I was offered a to move to a spot in Dover, another 15-20 minutes away, which I felt I had to take. I'll be there for the one month I paid then out of there.

Been a renter for at least 5 years. The best service I ever received at this facility in Morris Plains on RT 10 was from employee Raine today, June 30. She was friendly, informative, helpful and accommodating.

I went touring multiple facilitates and I found this one to be the best. The gentleman Mark I believe his name was, let me see two different units to compare sizing and answered all my questions thoroughly and I was able to select my storage unit after viewing four different sizings total from different locations (this one included). What I liked about this location also is that there were cameras scattered throughout making me feel just a bit more secured that my items wouldn't be taken in the middle of nowhere. He also gave me information regarding moving box rates and the discounts I'd receive.This review was made based on the interaction I had at the morris plans facility specifically. What I do recommend is making sure to call prior to going as they attendants move between different locations to ensure someone will be there when you show up.

I must say that I am extremely disappointed in the customer service at this facility. On Thursday May 15, 2025, I contacted the facility via telephone to discuss a pending matter. I spoke with a young lady who stated that the facility opens at 930am and she scheduled an appointment for me on Friday May 16, 2025 @1030am to ensure that Public Storage employee would be on scene to discuss my situation. As is my custom, I arrived early, and called the phone number for the facility advising them that I was on scene as an employee may have been elsewhere on site. I waited and called again at approximately 1038am and left a voice mail stating that no employee was on scene and my dissatisfaction with this situation. I finally left the premises at 1045am as there was still no employee on scene. I received a phone from the facility close to noon time stating that the scheduled employee had called out and therefore no one was there until now. I was asked to return to the facility but in my opinion, I had wasted enough of my day there. It truly is poor customer service not having someone there especially when an appointment has been made. Time is valuable for everyone.
I hope that in the future, no other storage unit renter has to experience this. It should be noted that I have TWO units at this location. Sal Saggio

A few days after I visited my unit, I got a call from Dave that I didn't properly lock the unit. I went and fixed the lock and left a message that I took care of it. Then I got a call from Ed confirming he got the message. I appreciate that the locks are checked regularly and the feedback from Dave and Ed.

Ed was extremely helpful. Upon moving I noticed there was a leak in my unit. Ed helped me transfer to a different unit while keeping my Presiden’s Day rate. Excellent job!

No loyalty for customers! Beware! Continuely raise the rate... They force occupants to move instead of lowering rates.... If your rate is 200 it will be 400 in less than two years..... It will double... But if you cancel and move it becomes 1/2 price! What a scam! If you have homeowners insurance don't pay for their insurance... You will double insure!

No clear signs as to where specific units are or how to maneuver the premises. Gate unlock feature via the app is nice, units clean and indoors so out of the weather elements.
