A bunch of idiots work here. Very slow processing time and unprofessional. Don't bank with Wells Fargo.

Upon walking in for the first time, Ashley immediately greeted me with a smile and asked how she could help. I was sure I would be in there forever fixing some issues I had regarding my grandmother's account. Within seconds she was on it and I was back on my way. She was seriously fantastic and wicked smart! I later found out she was the manager. It was the best & easiest experience I've had in a very very long time. Thank you so much! :)

I am extremely pleased with the customer service from Ashley the manager who was able to get me in the same day with a banker for a personal loan . Michael Palmer one of the bankers in this location was by far my best experience with a banker ever and the energy to help me out to get approved was outstanding (very helpful). i just got approved yesterday for a personal loan and got the funds today. Now believe i'm not writing this review because i got approved , i'm writing this review because of the guidance and excellent quality of customer service from Ashely and Michael .thank you !

This is a review for late 2022 around Christmas.Tellers and 'bankers' at this branch are talking among each other about parties when you walk in. It is only down-hill from there. The teller James makes derogatory remarks about your business - then stutters pronouncing your name and mangling it, it seems almost intentionally. That is totally not okay and unnecessary. I have errands - do YOUR job competently. There is only 1 single, solitary teller for 4 open counter spots. Meanwhile there are 3 girls cackling and clucking around at the drive-thru. This place is mismanaged. In the back some 'staff' (sitting at a desk), is talking loudly and interruptingly about vacations! No oversight. Get a grip! This branch needs a REAL manager.Review: 3

I wasn't going to go to the Morris Plains branch after reading all the negative comments, but then literally was driving past it on my lunch hour and ran in. From the moment I walked in until I left, there was nothing but kind, courteous, friendly, professional help. They were fairly busy, 2 tellers juggling a few customers at a time and seemed to be smiling while helping each of them and helping me and answering all of my questions. I ended up telling the woman (should have gotten her name, but I did not) about reading all the negative comments and how pleasantly surprised I was and she explained that the workers who were complained about here no longer even there anymore. So if you're looking for a Wells Fargo Bank to go to, my vote is for the Morris Plains branch on Route 10 and I'm glad I opened my account there! :-)

Andrea Guzzi has to be the most discrimitory, unpolished, unprofessional, branch manager I have ever encountered. A Report has been filed with a case manager (Dawn) with corporate how poorly she treated me on May 16, 2022. Do yourself a favor and go to the branch 5 minutes away on ridgedale avenue were you will be treated with respect and professionalism by Debbie ...who went above and beyond to help me. Thanks Debbie!

Not a fan of this bank. When going to make a withdrawal the reps ask “ do you have any other bank accounts” … like what business is it of yours to ask me that? And I have to answer your questions in front of other customers? Furthermore, Personal information is talked about out loud so no privacy protection.

Beware! If you are coming from the gym and need to handle business just go to another branch. This branch will most certainly DISCRIMINATE. The Banker Nina James has the most DISGUSTING attitude and should probably never work in a client-facing position if this is how she handles her clients. As a former WF team member and finance professional I can say I have never spoken to or treated a client the way I was spoken to and treated by Nina James. To make a long story short I attempted to open a checking and savings acct however when it came to the debit card portion I asked to have my debit card sent to my mailing address which is different from my physical address. Miss. James says she needs to speak with her manager which was not an issue for me. She then comes back and tells me she needs me to provide a statement or utility bill to have the mailing address changed.I asked her to give me a moment to check my car I may have a bank statement or utility bill with my mailing address on it. Lo and behold I had a Vanguard bank statement as well as statements from my insurance company all with the same address. Miss. James then takes the documents with her manager and then she takes them to her colleague Kareem they walk into and employee room for about 5-8mins. After they come back I was told “Mr.Reeder Kareem will be finishing up with you.” I was advised by Kareem that typically if the clients are opening a new acct they don't change the mailing address. Again I am BANKER and FA with the company I know this is false. I explain to Miss. James as she sits at Kareem's desk that if she needs to keep the physical address I provided then that was fine. She did nothing but attempt be to condescending to me and suggested that she felt I was defensive so she was not declining to open my account but it's best I opened the account online. I'm quite sure that's against policy. Miss. James mentioned she hoped to work back office for WF in the future as a fraud investigator. Well, I have news for you, Nina James YOU ARE A PB1 you should act as such.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Karriem Glanton....I have to say outstanding personalized approach. Made me feeling important to the brand and comfortable with my decision. Consistently followed up to make sure everything was transitioning for me smoothly with my accounts, he truly is a professional in his field i would recommend him to anyone. I have a branch literally across the street from my office...i much rather drive an extra 10 minutes to deal with Karriem and so should you!!! Thanks for all your help!
