“Moving is actually a traumatic experience even when we are excited for the new home. No matter how organized you are, it is never not stressful. In setting up my unit rental, I must have called back Roberto 20 times to ask for info bc brain was so scattered. I felt like I could take a breath after he eased my worries and remained patient and encouraging with me.
I recently visited the location to obtain some items that were packed too far back in my Tetris stacked belongings. I have to transfer to a larger unit so that I can access my things when needed. Roberto and Luis could see how distressed I was and drove over to make sure I was ok. They actually had me in tears bc their lack of judgement and willingness to help me get thru this whole moving process was so genuine. There are people good at customer service and then there are people who go above and beyond.
You also get text reminder regarding your upcoming payments, it is easy to pay online, driving right up to your unit is so convenient. Rental Storage is expensive everywhere, but Cube Smart is the cheapest in payment and best in quality out there.”

“The facility is clean, the employees are nice & helpful, but the loading areas are awful. Can’t back a box truck into the loading bay and because the parking lot shares with a hotel, you need to hope there isn’t someone parked in the lot near the building, because even with a 15ft box truck, you’ll need most of the spaces for the truck.”

The staff is extremely helpful, and George, the manager, is the best I've ever dealt with. He consistently goes above and beyond for customers.
They almost always answer the phone, and if I leave a message, they call back promptly. Their prices are reasonable, and considering the level of service they provide, it's an excellent value.

“If you have ever moved, you know how stressful it can be. We moved from Vermont to New Jersey! We packed 90% of our stuff and had Tiger pack the breakables. These wonderful men are trustworthy, timely, dedicated, and respectful. They treated my belongings with care and everything was cataloged. I bonded with them immediately. I would recommend them to anyone who is moving, but especially if you have a home 3 bedrooms or more. I had no idea how many items I owned. Tiger moving was able to bring trucks the correct size, packing materials to wrap my furniture to ensure that it arrived safely, and the tenacity to keep moving for hours on end to fill the trucks. If we had to pack our own stuff on trucks, it would have taken over a week and we would have had to have at least 12 friends to replace the 4 amazing movers. The pricing is fair for the quality and speed of these wonderful movers!”

Mac and his team were AMAZING from start to finish. Everyone was professional, hardworking, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond. We especially want to give huge shoutouts to Mac, Oscar, and Douglas. Their work ethic, positive attitudes, and commitment to making sure everything went smoothly were exceptional. Even the builders still working in our new office went out of their way to comment on how professional the Liberty team was and how impressed they were that they worked nonstop. That says a lot coming from people who work alongside different crews and vendors all the time!
As anyone who has been through a move knows, even the best-laid plans can come with unexpected curveballs. We had a few, including items that didn't fit in the elevator, but Mac and his team never missed a beat. They quickly figured out another solution and kept everything moving, making situations that could have been stressful feel completely seamless.
Mac is truly exceptional at what he does, and it is clear that his leadership sets the tone for his team. Everyone was respectful, hardworking, and genuinely cared about making our move as easy as possible. Moving an office is never easy, but they made it feel that way.

“I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with CubeSmart in this location on Hanover Ave in Morristown, especially the helpfulness of the staff. I last used this storage facility ~8+ years ago. Now that I’m planning a move again I compared a few local facilities, and this location had the best price and Labor Day sale deals. I stopped in and met with Frank, who showed us a few units, applied the deals, set up insurance, and walked us through using the gate to access the unit. While there isn’t much Frank HAD to do for us to be happy with the arrangement, the fact that he was so warm and welcoming, and willing to spend time with us making sure all i’s were dotted and t’s crossed, felt like an above and beyond level of customer service that is worth calling out as part of why I was happy enough with the experience to leave this review. Regarding the facilities, all units are outside drive-up accessible, and raised off of ground level to prevent any water from getting in. I had no issues with weather / damage last time I used this facility, and after checking out the unit I’ll be using next it seems to be closed up well inside and a few inches above road level outside so I expect to not have issues again.”
