Barre3 is a welcoming enviorment. The instructors really want to get to know you and want to make sure you understand all of the exercises. Allison is a great instructor, i always feel super confident in her classes. Also music selection is AWESOME, makes class fly by.

Great classes and instructors! Decided to try barre after recovering from an ankle injury this past year, and while I’m still a bit shaky, the classes have been great and all the instructors have asked me if I have any injuries to be mindful of before class since I’m new. Very welcoming and positive environment.

First of all, I love the building and the peaceful ambiance. The instructors are all superstars. I never feel intimidated. It’s such a welcoming atmosphere. It is my zen zone.
