Great size room and facilities. Breakfast could have some cheese variety and vegetables. Felt a little under expectations. Pancakes were very tasty. My personal recommendations would be to avoid plastic cutlery as much as possible and keep an environment friendly system. Other than that good location to spend a few nights.

We were very apprehensive about finding a good room in the area due to all of the negative reviews we had found online until we stumbled across this gem. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable stay. We had no issues with noise, smells, smoke, or any other unpleasant situation that was described at other hotels in New Jersey. This appears to be an older building in a historic town, but the room and bathroom were not out of date at all. There is an elevator that works well. You should be aware that getting into the parking area is a little tight and may not be suitable for very tall or very long vehicles as the canopy is right off of the street and unavoidable. I have a super duty truck and had no issues, but some tall motor homes or trucks pulling a long trailer might. Breakfast bar was of a higher quality than most BW or other brands in this level. There is a pod type coffee machine in the room which I did not use, a Nescafe machine in the lobby which I also did not use, but the breakfast area has EXCELLENT coffee. Very glad we found this place and I am happy to recommend to others.

Stayed here for the first time bc I was getting surgery at nearby Morristown Hospital & had to be there by 5:30 am. Although I didn't get to enjoy my stay bc I had a late arrival & an early wakeup, the hotel was lovely. Everything was very clean, quiet, friendly front desk person!, comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, extremely convenient location-closest hotel to the hospital & close to the major highway 287. My friend was able to return for breakfast & said it was good. Morristown is a very nice upscale town with great restaurants, the Performing Arts Center, great for strolling around town, etc. Don't even hesitate to come to this Best Western. This location is one of the BW's out there. 5 stars!Thank you, Best Western of Morristown!

It's been a while since I've been so satisfied with a hotel stay. The room designs are a bit outdated but it's very clean and spacious. The front desk people are very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was healthy and plentiful and delicious (which is hard to come by nowadays, unless you pay a bunch at those high end hotels) When I first arrived, I had left my purse in an uber (with wallet, id, home keys) and was very stressed and distracted. In my moment of stress, I was very agitated and panicked but the man at the front desk was very understanding and patient. The service here was not just professional but truly hospitable. The chocolate chip cookies are also heavenly and so addicting. I highly recommend people stay here! The cleanliness and spaciousness would be good for longer stays too.

My room was lovely. It was tucked in a corner away from other rooms, so nice and quiet. I didn't take a lot of pictures because their website adequately covers the location.Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had at a Best Western! I could tell the eggs were fresh scrambled with fresh green pepper. The toppings I put on the walls were probably meant for the oatmeal but were delicious anyway.

Recently stayed at the BWPMI while I was in town on business. The location is very convenient with highways and downtown/the Green nearby. The room was spacious and very clean (the latter being pretty important as staying in hotels these days can result in discovering and/or bringing home critters with you!). The only issue I encountered was that the HVAC unit in my room woke me up each of my two nights. Initially, I thought it was a truck idling on the street outside, but the final morning I discovered it was indeed the heat pump. I reported it to the front desk that last morning and the person at the desk ultimately handled the situation professionally and that was appreciated. They offer a complimentary breakfast buffet each morning and I was pleased with what was included--scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, waffle station, breads/bagels/English muffins with toasters available, hot cereal, yogurt, chopped fruit (possibly fresh--if defrosted frozen, it was quite good), and coffee, hot chocolate, and dispensed juice options. Considering it was "free," it was all a good value for the money. I saw others here commented that the dining area was in the basement and wasn't very nice. Yes, it's in the basement, no there's no windows. You're there to eat a free, quick breakfast and get on with your day. It's not Windows On The World with high-end table service and food selection--and no one should be expecting that. Overall, I felt the staff was pleasant and the hotel was clean and a good value for the money. If/when I return to Morristown, I'd definitely choose this hotel. "Pro Tip": In the evenings, grab one of the free chocolate chip cookies and pull yourself a cup of coffee/espresso/latte/hot chocolate from the coffee bar next to the front desk. Nice free perk!

Best Best Western I have ever stayed in. Great service. Everyone was friendly.Unbelievable breakfast with additional options...mixed fruit of strawberries, raspberries, etc. Home made oatmeal. Eggs with, or without, green peppers, real silverware, bowls, and glasses. Tablecloths on tables. Attentive, friendly staff. Home made cookies at check-in. Andrea runs a pleasant, friendly, helpful staff. Great hotel.Safety: Seemed like nice town. I felt safe at hotel and in town.

This place really impressed us on a stopover on a long drive south. They are pet friendly at a very reasonable pet fee of $30 per pet and allows bigger dogs. Hard to find. The place was super clean and quaint. Best included breakfast at a hotel so far.
