I visited for the first time on Saturday. No parking as this happens in Morristown depending on location. I made a brow shaping appt and was assigned Tina as the technician. The salon was well maintained and I was barely nervous when they escorted me to the basement for my treatment. I’ll preface that during booking I was advised that Tina was a level 1 tech. Having had eyebrows waxed my whole life I didn’t think this was an issue. Tina was friendly and upsold me on brow tint which I was pleased with.
There was however some misalignment in brow shaping, method, and technique. I advised Tina I did not really enjoy tweezers (who does) but I made it through. We finally aligned on somewhat of a shape after several back and forths. I knew it hurt a little and I tend to swell after wax but this stung more and felt very swollen. I monitored through the remainder of the day and by evening it was clear I had been cut. The next day the scab was well formed over my eye. Attaching photos here. Probably will not return even though the salon and the tech were nice but maybe not what I was looking for.

Lisa Marie did a beautiful job with my haircut today. She was so sweet and had such positive energy. I love how my hair turned out and can't wait for my next visit. I cannot rave enough about Lundon. she is truly the BEST when it comes to blonde highlights or balayage. She nails the tone every single time—never brassy, always bright, dimensional, and beautifully blended. I leave feeling like a million bucks and constantly get compliments on my hair. She listens, advises with honesty, and somehow makes the whole experience relaxing and fun. If you’re looking for a stylist who understands blonde on every level and delivers perfection every time, look no further. Total game-changer. So grateful I found Lundon after so many bad hair experiences. I have been going to her for 10 years!

I visited four prior hair salons around Morristown, and 2 to 3 hairstylists at each one of them until I trusted Billy. He knows, with very few words, how to how to give the exact haircut you’re looking for. The salon is clean, updated, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Highly recommended.

THIS IS MUTILATION AND DISFIGUREMENT! I GOT THE WORST POSSIBLE HAIRCUT ANYONE COULD GET. EVEN IF I HAD CUT MY OWN HAIR IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE EVEN.EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE FOR VERY LOW QUALITY SERVICE. TOTALLY UNEVEN AND ASYMMETRICAL SO MUCH SO THAT I GO OUT WEARING A HAIR COVER. THE STYLIST WAS GIA. I SENT HER PHOTOS AND ASKED WHY MY HAIRCUT WAS SO TERRIBLE AND SHE SAID I NEED TO USE SOME STYLING PRODUCTS!?! BUT I AM UNDER TREATMENT SO I USE MEDICATED SHAMPOO AND MY SCALP MUST BREATHE AND IN GENERAL, I JUST WANT A GOOD, EVEN HAIRCUT AND NO STICKY PRODUCTS. SHE NEVER TOOK RESPONSIBILITY AND KEPT TEXTING ME THAT ACCORDING TO HER IT WAS THE RIGHT CUT. WHEN I INSISTED IT WAS TERRIBLE SHE SAID I HAD TO STOP TEXTING HER OR SHE'D BLOCK ME. I AM ATTACHING PHOTOS. I ALSO GOT VERY SICK IN THE BLOOM SALON BECAUSE MY HAIR WAS DRIPPING WET AND THE AC WAS BLOWING VERY COLD AIR RIGHT TO MY HEAD. I AM VERY SICK. I HAVE SEVERE SINUSITIS AND MIDDLE EAR PROBLEMS. NOT A WORD OF APOLOGY FROM THEM. THEY SAY IT'S MY FAULT BECAUSE I DON'T LIKE MY CUT. IT'S VERY SHORT ON THE TOP AND ON THE RIGHT SIDE SO I WOULD NEED TO SHAVE MY HEAD TO MAKE IT EQUAL.
ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND. ANY MERCHANT THAT WRONGS YOU, MUST GIVE YOU A REFUND. THIS IS A RIP OFF!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AT ALL, WHAT YOU WANT, WHAT YOU NEED, HOW YOU FEEL.
I PAID $230 FOR THE CUT AND $16 FOR GW TOLL AND $5 FOR THE PARKING AND $30 FOR GAS TO DRIVE THERE FROM NYC. I AM A RETIRED SCIENCE TEACHER AND I LEARNED A TERRIBLE LESSON

Worth every penny! Gia is amazingly talented and skilled. An artist and an expert. She spends a lot of time, but she never runs late— and I book at the end of the day. Plus she truly cares that I’m happy with the results. The salon is beautiful and i also look forward to my wash with Maria, who gives a mystical scalp massage!

I went for a haircut recently- 1. The stylist didnt meet my requests of inspo pics and did her own thing. 2. She cut my hair so much on the top of the head that it seems like my hair is thinning on the top. I am very upset.
