Came in for basic assistance. Asked Herman if he could show me how to change my sim card to my new phone and Herman asked why and then told me he didn't have to help me because it's not his responsibility. I also had a brand new unlocked phone I bought while I was at Bestbuy. And he told me I was lying about it and that he couldn't work a purchase trade with me. He was very mean and nasty I drove 20 minutes and he offered me no assistance.

You have a need for these services. You do a search for a place in the area. They list certain hours, including on their door. You are aware from the listed hours that you will have a bit of a wait, but the location and timing should work for you. You feed the meter for parking, and you go grab a bite to eat that is not exactly what you had in mind, but again, it's close to here and you need this place's services within a certain time frame and this will work. Then you wait a good 15 minutes past the posted opening time, yet it's still doesn't open, no one shows up. So you leave, and of course you post a negative review.

The company overall is okay. This location specifically I feel as if they workers have no idea what they are doing. Absolutely clueless. Don't get a job somewhere if you don't know what your dealing with. I went there to switch my phone carrier and she basically told me it wasn't possible, then I called boost mobile customer service while in the store and they walked me through everything. It's simple.
