CVS can’t even get their phone systems right. Can’t speak to a pharmacist, try to follow prompts and it just keeps saying “sorry”, “sorry”, “sorry”. Even the computer knows how horrible CVS is, it apologizes repeatedly.

I always get "Red Carpet" treatment at my local store. Short of a "foot massage & a back rub" there isn't anything else that can make my visit any better.

Pharmacy is horrible! They don’t answer phone. They basically make you leave a message and then they’ll call you back. They do get back to you but I work just like them, I can’t just be on my phone whenever I want, so when I call it’s because I have the time to actually talk to you. They need to change that system or I’m changing pharmacies!!!! Also what if I’m really needing my prescription so I have to leave a message and wait for you to call me back like I’m not PAYING FOR SERVICE! So now I have to make myself available hear the phone call, and hopefully I’m not working in an area with no reception. So now I miss the call so I have to 1. AGAIN MAKE ANOTHER MESSAGE 2. Wait for the phone call. 3. Make myself available to take the phone call. 4.Speak with someone 5. Now if I forget something and have to call back. 6. I have to make another message and wait for a call back..RIDICULOUS

The worst of the CVS branches, at the Denny Tapia pharmacy, has no patience or quality of customer service, it is very rude and I think it should not be there. What a shame people like this should not treat people with health problems, they earned a zero.

Very professional, knowledgable and polite staff at this CVS pharmacy. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. They had my prescription ready and when I asked additional questions, they promptly resolved it. Thank you!

Went in get some passport photos and they didn’t have a camera I had to use my phone, printer had to be restarted and two other employees took over the printer to print other people’s pictures they completely ignored the fact that Nicolai was there helping me before them and when I asked for my pictures the 2 ladies completely ignored me. Had to get a refund. Terrible place to get passport pictures.these 2 ladies were very impolite.

Store pharmacy is horrrible. Dennys Tapia is very rude. Pharmacy was closed for lunch and when we asked what time they would reopen the pharmacist rudely said “read the sign”. There is no sign posted. We then went to find the manager Edgar who was very nice, and he said he will take it up with the pharmacists boss. Poor service. The store seems very understaffed

I had a fantastic experience at CVS thanks to Jayshr. She was exceptionally helpful and efficient during checkout, making the process smooth and pleasant. Additionally, Jayshr went above and beyond to assist me with my passport photo, ensuring it met all the requirements and turned out perfectly. Her friendly and professional demeanor made my visit a breeze. Highly recommend!

Never a positive experience here. The pharmacy staff is so nasty and unprofessional, they should just start from scratch with the pharmacy staff at this point.
