If I could give a zero I would. I ordered 1.5 months in advance for an order to be delivered to our nephew on March 11th for his birthday. I even called a few weeks ago to ensure they had the correct number on file for my order and this store confirmed they did so I know they had my order. Well it was never delivered yesterday and website still shows it pending with the store. Tried calling the store and they're closed and not answering even though Google shows they should be open. Corporate is useless as there is no way to contact anyone. This is the 2nd order from EA (1st one was with a different NJ location) where we had an issue with. Submitting a case on EA's corporate website is useless because no one gets back to me. I paid a lot of money for an order that was never even delivered. I really hope the owners reach out to me ASAP for a refund.

I initially deleted my bad review because I was promised a refund shown an image of a refund but it’s been since Valentine’s Day and the refund still has not been received. My valentines package was not delivered on time, it was delivered the following week on a Tuesday and the fruit tasted as if it was still from Valentine’s Day, old and not good. All I want is my fully refund issued to the person who paid and for someone at this god forsaken place to answer the phone when she calls for her refund. This is insane and extremely unprofessional

I can tell you $75 and it was a big rip off. Better off getting a fruit platter from Kings. Platter was just black plastic with clear lid. I am stuck and now have to try and pull something together to bring to a party. No wonder there was no one or nothing in the shop. You will be going out of business shortly.

Never on time, I placed on order for a specific day and they showed up the next day. I try emailing and calling them got no response. Very unprofessional.

They did a terrific job on the order, as usual. The prep, freshness, presentation & delivery were exactly as I expected. The picture provided upon delivery, date, and timestamp is a big plus. Thank you. ?

They are so kind and helpful! Nina went above & beyond to get my arrangement delivered on time, even after I gave them the wrong address during their busy holiday season. I’ve also received arrangements from this store before which were delicious and fresh. Would absolutely recommend!

They cancelled my order after it was supposed to be delivered . I placed the order in the morning for 3-4pm delivery today as a gift for a party tonight. They notified me at 3:30 they were cancelling my order. Unprofessional and incompetent. Very disappointed.

I had the pleasure of being served by June on the rainy Sunday morning i visited the shop. despite the poor weather, June was bright and bubbly! not only did she help me pick out the perfect gift, her cheery countenance brightened my day!
