We outsourced our IT stuff to these guys and we are very happy with the results. They respond quickly and the service is always all aces. When we had a ransomware attack, they were able to get all of our data back from cloud backup as if it never happened, and then offered suggestions on how to tighten up our cybersecurity even more. We’ve learned over the years that no IT support company is ever going to be perfect, but our experience with them has been very good and far better than our previous ones which shall not be named.

We used Exigent for a large scale project when I worked for a big NJ based publicly traded company. The company then ended up continuing to utilize them for all sorts of purposes for years to come. I no longer work there and I am not sure if they still service them. They were very good at getting the job done and became admired for their efficiency and excellent customer service. I’m not currently working but if I had an IT outsourcing need, I’d definitely put them high on the list.

When our longtime IT guy retired we decided to give outsourcing a chance. We are happy we did. Exigent is now a virtual IT department for us. My only issue is that many things are a la carte and not included, like firewall service. They are very quick to respond and all of the techs are always helpful and friendly.

Dan and the team are great at what they do. These guys just get it when it comes to IT support for law firms.
They understand the way law firms work and that is very important to us. We are a firm that cannot afford to be down, ever. They rebuilt all of our infrastructure so that we have the necessary resources and redundancy to keep things running for many types of adverse scenarios. I feel that they are trustworthy and not just trying to sell you more stuff. We also have quarterly meetings with them so that we stay on top of everything and budget accordingly. Finally, they are nice people and don’t talk to you in “geek speak” or make you feel like you don’t know anything. Frankly, I don’t know where we’d be without them. Kudos to Exigent.
