Spoke with a Sid C. today on the phone to set up an account. He was extremely helpful and professional when it came to opening my account. He took his time to work with me and go over all the options that fidelity provides. Great service!

I have been with Fidelity last 30 years and have nothing but positive experience. They always pickup phone withing a minute, knowledgeable. The office at Morristown is also very helpful and easy to meet any of their competent advisers. Their Wed site is great, better that any others and I have tried all others.

Went to Morristown branch as a beneficiary to accounts following my Father’s death. No direct call number, and they do not let walk ins make an advisor appointment, as I found out there. You must stand at the public lobby desk with a line of people while they loudly go over all of your personal information. B Team person Britany Schmucker at the desk is completely clueless and does nothing but call the same call center that I could call from home and ask questions because she knew absolutely nothing. These were complicated accounts that required very specific documentation, and call center gave confusing and conflicting instruction, hence the walk in to branch. Desk representative was chatting and laughing with call center while I was at the desk going over intimate details of my father’s estate with a bunch of other customers listening in while they were waiting for service. Rude, incompetent, ignorant, dismissive, unprofessional.

Over an hour on hold and no one picked up...we called corporate and they couldn’t get through either... we are moving all our accounts on Monday

This is the first time to this branch. I think service was great. I needed to provide durable POA, and they processed/submitted it quickly for me. I got a call a week later from the legal department to answer a couple questions. Now waiting for the final confirmation. Typically, I go to the one in Shrewsbury area but this location is closer to work. I think the service there is also great. There wasn't a yelp account for that location so I put it here as I would rate it the same. My small problem is just that you may have to wait a long period of time during peak times as there are limited service providers. I have definitely taken a lot of their time just due to the nature of the requests, so I can understand that there is not much that can be done about it.

My entire family had been with Fidelity for over forty years. I had accounts there since birth. At the twenty year mark they fired my regular senior account executive --- every year after that, a new letter telling me someone else will handle my accounts. I never bothered anyone at Fidelity and they never gave me advice. About three years ago, I get a letter from management stating some other company would be able to handle my accounts better. Lol. I called up Fidelity and said "what, you don't want people's money anymore?" They said that If I wanted to know why they wanted me gone then I'd have to hire a lawyer in order to find out. So after forty years, I left and they were right about one thing --- the new company has done a fantastic job and I'm making a ton more $$$. This Morristown location has and never had a clue as to what they're doing. They could care less about their long term customers. Zero loyalty. They did me a HUGE favor. So happy with the new company I'm using.
