“Just want to start off by saying that I originally had an issue with the flowers my wife received for valentine's day. I was not happy at all. A little less then a week later i decided to write a review (which I really hate doing) but after I wrote it the owner texted me reached out to me pretty quickly. He was very apologetic and wanted to make it right. He was a man of his word and today my wife received a beautiful bouquet in a vase which I originally didn't order with the original flowers. The owner didn't have to do this but he did and he went out of his way to make my wife happy. After all this I will definitely be going back. Thank you again! (Just wanted to add that it was valentines day and was extremely hectic and mistakes happen)”
