Gary Scheer has been super helpful with navigating numerous issues we have had with our insurance company regarding denied claims and denied services. He is very patient and responsive and always makes a point to follow up with any of the concerns we have had. While dealing with insurance companies can be very frustrating, knowing Gary is available to help has been reassuring.

Gary has been extremely helpful when it came to clarifying which Dr's are on our plan, being that I reside outside the main region. After several calls to the Insurance company, I called Gary who was able to cut through the red tape. That included getting the insurance company and the Dr's office on the phone together to confirm that I was covered!
