Highly recommend Michele, she is very kind, professional, and experienced. I have had on going issues with dryness and patchiness in areas on my face which she assessed and helped me with over the past few sessions. I have noticed a huge difference with my skin and will continue coming back.

Got a massage there not too long ago. Wasn’t sure what to get but Arifa at the front desk was super knowledgeable about the types of massages and ended up feeling great actually. She could probably sell water to a fish, 10/10 recommend.

I lost my money. I was waiting for the massage. I have my masseuse, but I tried HAND & STONE and it went very badly. At no point did I feel the massage, I even felt uncomfortable to say the least, so much so that I asked to stop the supposed massage and left the place. The receptionist had excellent service and the facilities were very nice, but the massage was terrible.

I'm sitting in the parking lot after my service, shaking and on the edge of tears, because the front desk staff is soooooo rude and not well trained. Arifa shouldn't be working in customer service at all, but especially not at a spa/place of relaxation. She couldn't explain the nuances of the Black Friday deal nor could she explain why my reciept didn't show the numbers she was telling me I was charged. Her sour attitude was the icing on the cake.

The massage was very relaxing and it helped fix my neck and back problems. I also liked the fact that they gave me a complimentary glass of water at the end. I will definitely come back to this place again for a facial massage.

Morristown is great. There was a limitation of good female massage therapist at the time with Chatham and had moved to Morristown for my last 5 massages. They move from headquarters plaza to east Hanover in November and I just might setup a new contract.Jesse is great. Front staff is also great. Parking should be better at east handover.

Michele Camille is the best Facialist in Morris County. Make sure you book with for Her, you will no be disappointed. I can not recommend Michele enough, 1000/10 I always leave glowing and refreshed !

I’ve been going to this location regularly for the last 5+ years and have always had a pleasant experience - whether for massages or facials. During these years I have been getting facials with Michele Camille consistently and trust no one else with my skin at this point. With her expertise, recommendations, and great services I have been able to get clear skin I never thought was possible after years of painful acne and failed dermatology treatments. I highly recommend her for excellent, high quality facials!!

I have had a membership at this location since 2016 when I started to have regular facials before my daughter's wedding seven years ago. Michelle C has been my esthetician. I am in my mid sixties and regularly have facials, about every six weeks. Michelle C is expert in advising me on what type of service I could benefit from. I travel to see family often in a very dry part of the country, and when I return my skin is tight and not well hydrated; she is a miracle worker with regards to getting me back to a more healthy complexion.I have received many compliments from random women who comment on how good my skin looks!She is up front on any additional costs and most times a regular facial is appropriate, making the membership well worth the monthly cost.I will say that Hand and Stone is not very forthright about how the membership works and that you earn rewards points which Michelle C pointed out. Not once has any front desk or person on the phone ever mentioned my points and how I can use them. Michelle has always been up front about add on services and cost. I am not sure who is the esthetician is mentioned in the previous review but it is not Michelle C. I would hope that does not drive people away from an excellent service provider and a great value if you want to establish a healthy skin routine.

Amazing facials by Michele! I was hesitant about the membership but it’s worth it for her! I go every month and my skin has done an absolute 360. I’m 40 with adult acne, with her advice and treatments my face has completely cleared up with 0 breakouts over the past 6 months. I can’t thank her enough, I now have the confidence to wake up and never cover my face in makeup every day. Also amazing deep tissue massages by Nassima, this girl is the real deal. I had 2 massages previously from Hand and stone. They both just lightly rubbed me for an hour. I swore off H&S massages (to only stick with facials) until Nassima was recommended. Now I can use my membership for both!

I was there for a facial today because I had 2 gift cards and thought I should use them. During the facial, I was given several options on the kind of treatments suitable for me. The lady said that the 'Diamond Glow' facial is $110. So, I agreed because I already had two gift cards that said they were valid for facials or massages; since the classic facial was $69.95; I thought, I'll be fine giving the two gift cards; The lady did a great job with the facial; so at the end, when she brought me to the front desk, I gave her very generous tip as well. However, I was shocked to hear that my total for $189/-; what was even more shocking was that I had to pay $61.24 out of pocket, (after giving both gift cards). It turns out that they charged me for a classic facial plus the Diamond Glow facial.' I was not told that the Diamond Glow facial was going to be done in addition to the classic facial. I felt I was cheated. She even asked if I would like to become a member and get 1/2 off in the future. I just wanted to get out of there. I am never going back. The service was great, but they were not completely clear about the fees. I am very disappointed.

I have never left a negative review but my experience was so bad!!. I had a facial booked and called to reschedule to the next day because I had double booked and had a meeting regarding my son, the manager was very curt and rude. She told me I would be charged and I told her I was just rescheduling to the next day, she did not even bother to ask for my name or appointment time. I even told her I was a business owner myself but she was very rude and told me I was not being fair even though I called instead of not turning up. I had called because I receive countless messages from them about their open availability and just wanted to ensure I was using and supporting a local business. Since I set up my membership a year ago which I do not use but pay for, I have experienced nothing but issues. I have set up appointments for family and they have been charged full price even though it was booked through me, one of them was charged twice on his UK card and I had to call 4 times to resolve it. The last time I booked a mother's day facial for a friend, they wanted to charge her even though I bought gift cards that was not even fully used. Despite feedback, they get bookings wrong, or overcharge you. I have also been open to paying extra for treatments and give positive feedback about the facial or massage I receive. Despite this, I was treated badly when I called in. While it was a short conversation, I felt disregarded and disrespected. I then told the manager I would cancel my membership and she told me to go ahead! I was shocked. So far, it has been a lot of sloppy experiences that could have been avoided.One of my businesses is a franchise and even if you have to enforce rules or you don't need your customers, there are ways you speak to your customers and address situations. Hand & Stone Morristown needs to really work on management, customer service and their operations.
