The park needs improvement but it's nice because it's away from busy streets.

A nice pocket park at the end of a cul-de-sac. We like it because it's shady and away from the busier parts of the neighborhood. The fence could use replacing. It's bent and rusting in places.

Could've been a little cleaner. Debris on the ground such as black-n-mild wrappers, bottles and their caps tossed on the ground and play set and an actual black-n-mild cigar under the larger play set. Child's swing is broken and a hole on the double of the slides.
